Hi everybody.

I know there are many threads about this, but I really wasn’t able to find the answer on my question.

Hate my flaccid size.
I have gained only 0,5 cm in length since started PE 1 year ago. I think that I realise what didn’t allow me to grow.. So right know I try to PE in “less I more” direction (read sparkyx thread about this - thank you sparkyx): 5 min stretching and 5 min jelq - and that’s it. 2 days training - 1 day off.

As I already mentioned - I don’t like my flaccid. Since I started my small routine instead of doing long stretching and jelqing my penis feels better. I don’t feel any pain, erection becomes easier etc. But the question is - what can I add to my routine to make my flaccid grow? (Considering my “small” routine.)

And another question to people who became shower-from-grower - what do you think helped you to grow in flaccid?

Flaccid is very important in my opinion. If I would able to have good looking flaccid even with my current erected size (BPEL~7,3-7,4 EG~5,1-5,2).. It would be much better for my self-confidence.. I would concentrate on gaining erected without any nervous about going to sauna or wearing some tight underpants, you know:)

So. If somebody can give an advice in making your flaccid bigger even in a short time - please help me.

P.S. I saw many threads about testicle size - guys here say, that it is not possible to permanently increase ball size - is it clear? I don’t want to do any pumping - just for the record.

Fowfers are known to increase flacid length, definitely search that.

Supplements will also help. Basically any supplement that gives you better circulation such as ginkgo biloba, l-arginine, fish oil, etc. will give you a better flacid hang. I used to almost always be in a turtled state and now I’m almost always in a plump state. I take fish oil, l-arginine, ginkgo biloba, and horny goat weed.

I’ve seen numerous threads saying that Damiana increases testicle size.

About Damiana - I saw this threads to. People say that increasing testicle size using Damiana does not have permanent effect.

Can’t increase testicle size without pumping and even then I doubt it’s permanent.

I don’t think you can really target flacid length. Anything that gives you erect length will give you flacid length too, generally.

However. If you make sure you drink plenty of water during the day your flacid is likely to hang bigger. So stay hydrated.

I’d also suggest you may wish to start adding a bit more jelqing and stretching. After a year, it’s probably okay. Even if you just add a few minutes here and there.

I’d caution you against developing a mentality that suggests that you’ll be able to gain a lot in a short time. That could easily lead to injury. Learn to enjoy the journey and appreciate the gains that do come. Remember that effort plus persistance (and in the case of PE, caution) equals results. Good luck.

I’ve had great improvements in flaccid hang mainly due to fowfers and use of a silicon ADS after jelqing. At least I think thats what has done the trick so far. Its not “plump” all the time, but much more often now than it was a few months ago.


Starting size: 6.0" BPEL, 5.0" MSEG, 6.75" BPFSL(11/2009)

Tweaking now I just take some small routine - I want to look where it goes. I tried to increase amount of jelqing during the year - didn’t seem to work for me (same thing with stretching). Now it feels better with small routine - I will keep on it for a month and see what happens.

Clgp7 Obviously you missed my point :) Of course I want him to grow faster, but I’m not in rush))). What I meant is “what can I do to my flaccid penis in the situation, when I need him bigger” I asked you about non-permanent growth - just for the sauna time for example.

Man-size this may sound obvious but may have you tried starting with a low duration time for fowfers and gradually increasing it?

Sorry, I thought you meant in a short-time, not for a short time. :D

If you’re conditioned after doing the newbie routine for several months, pumping is a possibility. You should have a nice, plump flaccid for several hours after a moderate pumping session. I’m always wanting to show off my flaccid after pumping! Hope that helped.

The manual alternative to pumping:

Non-permanent, short term bigger flaccid can come from doing a very light but long routine, usually of very gentle stretches and very gentle jelqs. Keeping the force very low, but doing a lot over a longer session encourages the elastin in the collagen matrix to reduce its ‘recoil’ and stay more relaxed.

It is only a short term measure, and doesn’t work for everyone, but it’s well worth trying when you don’t actually need a bigger flaccid, just to see if it’s going to work for you.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Clgp7 I don’t feel that pumping is such a great thing for me (with the same reason I mentioned in a previous sentence). Later - maybe, right know I don’ want to come close to over-training.

Clgp7, firegoat sometimes I go to the sauna or to the shower in gym - it’s important to look like a man who is respected)). And the flaccid size is on the first place in this case :) But often you are not able to be prepared for this with such a things right pumping, long routine etc. So you got to make something fast to put some blood in your penis. Right know I just touch the head gently and it becomes fuller sometimes (sometimes not). So I thought if somebody could share with their similar technics to make him bigger immediately and for some permanent time - not just for the couple seconds :)

There aren’t really any ‘quick techniques’ that will ‘make him bigger immediately’, unfortunately.

As I said before always drink plenty of water and you may wish to try some herbal supplements that help with peripheral blood circulation.

I think fowfers are probably the best single method to increase flaccid length. However, you might benefit from wrapping with an Ace bandage for a few hours a day. I do it in the morning and I hang pretty full length for the rest of the day.

I very much hope that was meant to be a joke! At 50+, I cannot care less about how other men look, or for that matter, how I look to them. Actually, I missed the “opportunity” to be impressed/affected by the size syndrome my whole life.

Anyway, if that’s important to you, here is a trick:

(I’m really ashamed to do this, because my suggestion is as silly as your problem…)

Before getting naked in front of the others, go to the toilet and do some jelqs. The effect should last at least a few minutes.

The best thread I ever read was about positive and negative indicators. I’ve learned less is more for me. Whenever I would over do it, my flaccid hang would suck and eq. It took some time but I base all my training on how my dong looks and feels the next day. Not matter what I tried plus or minus 5 mins. Would make a huge difference.
