Best Routine for a Newbie

I’m new here and I’m not really good in English, so if you don’t always understand me it’s normal !
I just want to know what it’s the best routine for starting the PE routine.
I want the faster result that it’s possible ;-)

This isn’t a sprint, you may not get “fast” results, this is a marathon, it will take time to get the results you wish.
