I’ve been doing PE fairly consistently for a few months now with not much in the results department.
Right now I do warmup, 20 mins of stretching, 15 mins squeezing, 30 min jelqing, and sometimes i throw in 5-15 mins of various other exercises and warm towel again. I’m doing these about 4 days a week but I haven’t had good results at all.
Can someone please tell me which exercises are known to work really well and any good adjustment to my routine that could also be beneficial. I’m looking for both girth and length.
