I’m just looking for specific exercises for girth gains when erect and length gains when flaccid.

Flaccid - Stretch that beast

Girth gains - I’m not going to tell you because if you haven’t found them your self your not ready for them. They can be dangerous.

In the mean time jelq and be patient and it will happen

Starting: NBPEL: 5.75" EG: 4.75" (widest point)

3.5 Months: NBPEL: 6.175" EG: 4.75"

Goal: Goliath

You ever notice sometimes that the variable you start out with ends up being your best bet through out? Sure people want to upgrade to newer variables thinking that since it’s newer it’s probably better. But at the end everybody realizes the older variable usually ends up being the better one?

If you cant understand what I’m saying, it means Jelq and don’t stop Jelqing. It’s your best bet, there’s nothing better. :)

Current stat = NBPEL - 6.235", BPEL - 7.000".. Mid EG - 5.063".. Base EG - 5.750" BPSFL - 7.3125 ------ Old stats = NBPEL - 6.000", Mid EG - 5.000

Goal stat = NBPEL - 7.750", BPEL - 8.250".. Mid EG - 6.000".. Base EG - 6.500" ------ Goal Length gains - 1.515". Girth gain - 1.000"
