Hi, I have been doing:

5min warm up
15min stretch
30min dry jelqing

I’m thinking of taking the 30min down to 20 but wouldn’t this hinder my progress, would you say this is too much for me just starting out? I did not realise the newbie routine was only 1/3 of what I’m currently doing as I have only just signed up.

I have not had any pains, well only when I was trying out and applied too much pressure but Iv got the hang of it now.

Should I alter my routine?

For newbie routine, I would recommend wet jelqs. You will get a better grip for the jelq. How many days are you on?

I’ve tried wet jelques and since I’m using a heater for constant heat would use allot of lube, dry jelques are a bit more convenient :)

I try to stick to two days on one off.

Yes, it’s too much for a newbie. Start out with the newbie routine.


Pre-PE: BPEL 6.25" NBPEL 5.8" EG 5.75 " Now: BPEL 7" NBPEL 6.5" EG 5.95"

Final goal: BPEL 7.5" NBPEL 7" EG 6"

Since I am already comfortable with a 50min sesh, I think I will cut down my routine, rather than going right down to the newbie routine:

10min stretch
20mins jelq

Change your lube!

I recommend for example, 100% Virgin Olive Oil. Heater will not dry that out.

My favorite jelq and jerkoff lube is Albolene. It is a makeup sold in drugstores in the US and canada. I found out about it in a sex manual. Smooth Sleek Never Dries Out.

Recognize.

Give palmers cocoa butter skin therapy oil with vitamin e a try. This never dries out and the vitamin e seems to sooth my penis after a session. Or maybe its just placebo.

Personally I would start out with the newbie routine; after a month or two work up from there. It all boils down to what are YOU comfortable with. Check your erectile quality, Warning! If you haven’t gotten improved erections:, and make sure it stays moderately high. Truly only you will know if you can handle, or if you should alter your routine.
