Hey Guys. I joined this site quite some time ago and tried the pe but sadly I got bored of it, that’s why I did not post, asking for instructions, tips and advice. Now I have been doing it again.! Nearly 4 weeks now, this time round it seems/feels a hell of a lot better so I think I will stick to it this time, I feel as though I have some growth as well, but I won’t measure it properly till the end of the 4 weeks [ next monday ] I have been doing a newbie routine from another site [ won’t say which site ] and it seems to be working pretty well. I checked the routine against the newbie routine on this site, the routine I am doing seems a lot more intense than the newbie routine on here.? They recommend 5 on 2 off but I have gone with 2 on 1 off. Have a look at the routine guys and tell me your thoughts on it please. Thanks.

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Basic Jelqing

For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs

After 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs

After Jelq: Warm Down

PC Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Looks like the MoS newbie routine. Nothing wrong with it at all. Personally I could never manage that much stretching in one sitting though.

Yes that is for sure the MOS newbie routine. I think it is a bit excessive but you are free to try it if you like.

Was (july 07): 5.25 nbp (5.9 bp)X 4.5

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

Yes it is the Mos routine, It’s just that I have seen various other newbie routines and compared to this one there half the time and the effort compared to this one. It is a bit excessive is this one but it seems to be working, I notice a difference anyway. We will see when I measure on Monday. Fingers crossed.. Cheers.

I found doing too many jelqs when I started would give me bad PI’s. Once I scaled back a little I was getting night, and morning wood again. Instead of 300, 2 second leqs, why not do 150, 4 second. I try to keep them slow, so each one counts.

Start: Dec 2009 - 5.75 [BPEL] x 5.25 [MSEG] 5.5 [BASE]

April 2010 - 6.00 [BPEL x 5.3 [MSEG] 5.5 [BASE]

Current Goal: - 7.00 NBPEL x 5.75 [MSEG & BASE]


Yeah the vets say it’s better to just do the right amount instead of over doing it. It makes so much sense to do it by feel and how the PI’s are responding.! I was doing some stretching on Thursday and after the second set I noticed a small blister about an inch down from my gland [ just where I grip for stretching ] I did not bother doing the 3rd set and went on to do some jelqs [ 300 ] I went really easy on them, and after felt pretty good! My second day on would have been Friday but I took the day off and took today off as well, so 2 days rest.! I will try again tomorrow and see how it feels, maybe go more easy on the old This MOS routine has allot of stretching for a newbie though.! I think I mite drop the sets to 2 instead of 3 and keep the jelqs at 300 - 350 maybe, see how I go.. I need to slacken more on the grip, or make sure all the skin is pulled out of the way before I stretch, maybe I got some skin caught in the grip.. We will see.. Cheers.
