I would like to know how long you’ve been doing PE and how you were using each of the devices you’re selling. Can you share your experience with the TotalMan compression clamp?

absolutely not. the day i give up hope is the day i admit i have nothing to look forward to. i don’t care if its false hope either. it keeps me going. sometimes i do get discouraged, but i keep telling myself its possible.

the totalman hanger is probably the easiest to use and best of its kind. with that being said, that type of hanging is very stressful mainly on the head of your penis cause all the weight goes there and numbs and turns you purple within the first 5 minutes. I’m sure i was probably doing it wrong and my ace bandage wasn’t tight enough or maybe i wasn’t using enough etc. its also possible i was tightening the hanger itself to tight around my penis which caused all the blood to flow straight to my head. never the less i prefer ADS hanging cause i understand it better and its safer for me at least.

bathmate i would use every other day. do around 2 sets of 15 minutes with 10 minute breaks in between sets restoring blood flow with jelqs, massages, helicopters. i hate the bathmate, its only good for creating a super fat penis for a few hours with very poor EQ quality

x4labs id do 3 hours at a time right after ADS hanging. id start at a lower tension to get it on and once its on that’s when i would increase tension every 30 minutes. by the time id get to the 2:30 mark, the last 30 minutes is the most intense stretching and you feel a serious burning.

i bet if someone could find a way to heat nonstop while doing the x4labs they could get some serious gains cause even a ADS at max stretch can’t stretch better then a x4labs at max tension

Thanks for your explanation on how you reacted to the TotalMan compression hanger. You and the vast majority of other men who’ve tried that type of device have the exact same experience. I read emails and field phone calls everyday from guys who say the same thing! It’s one of many reasons why guys give up on PE.

Whats the solution for it? Or there is none

Personally I can’t offer you any solutions on how to comfortably use a compression clamp. I tried one for a couple weeks, and like yourself it was very uncomfortable, even painful!
Which is exactly why I invented the LG Hanger vacuum chamber.
There may be some guys on this forum who’ve had success and can offer some advice.
