How I do my hanger
Hi all, this is a post about the steps I go through when I put my hanger on. Its been more than a month now, and I think I’ve become pretty comfortable using my hanger.
2.5 lb weight
First I fill my water bottle up with hot water from the faucet, and I wrap my penis around it to warm it up for 5 minutes.
After the 5 minutes, I wrap my penis with theraband. I pull my dick out (mild stretch) and put one end of the theraband on the top of my penis, behind my head (~2.5 in) and hold it there with my thumb. I then wrap the theraband around, and let the long end drape down. Now I take my thumb off and wrap the theraband around my penis. I don’t focus on spiraling down towards my base, I just wrap.
Holding the wrap in place with a thumb, I grab my hanger with the other hand. I over and put the right side of the hanger (right side of the hanger from my perspective looking down at it) against the right side of my penis. I then adjust the placement of my penis against this side of the hanger. I do this because I’ve noticed that my penis gets kind of twisted when hanging, so I prevent that with good alignment. Then I close the hanger around my penis, and lock it.
Then I stretch my penis out, holding the head. I straighten out any skin that got might’ve gotten bunched up in the hinge underneath my penis with one hand. Then, while holding my penis out and squeezing the blood out the head of my penis, I tighten the screws with my other hand. I like to tighten until the yellow teeth of the hanger are just about to touch.
Then I let the hanger hand down, and I grab my 2.5 lb. I attach the weight carefully and let it hang freely, then I start my timer for 20 minutes.
After the time is up, I remove the weight, untighten the hanger, remove the hanger, and unwrap my penis. My penis is pretty cold at this point, so I massage it a bit, and do another warm up for 5 minutes, and then begin the next set.
