After 3 cycles of that I go 1-2 months. Just depends.

Hey guys gooe everybodies doing well… so this is something that just bugs the crap outta me everyday…. im 3 1/2 months into PE have made some okay gains but i definitely was jelqing way too intensly and way much during my first 2 months of PE… is this going to limit the overall gains i can make? Or slow them? How can i tell if im too conditioned and should take a break

Can flaccid girth say about something? My flaccid size is around 5x5 2/8 and erect is around 8x5 5/8. In other words I have 1.6x expansion in length and only 1.07x in girth. Even if we convert that to volume, still less than 1.15x. During quite long PE i have noticed i gain mostly length. I did newbie routine for around 6 months and i got 0 girth gain. I switched to girth routines, but that’s still not very effective comparing to length gains. I suppose men have different tissue structure which determines shower/grower, because of different elasticity. Is it possible to have unbalance in length/girth directions and applying of any pressure (jelq, pump, clamp) would rather affect only one direction?

Ryshea95, That shouldn’t affect, but speaking honestly, whole PE is kind of guessing game. Theory about intensity/gains is based on how body can react. To sharp, abrupt action body can adapt with strengthening, while slow and lasting action can cause stretching and prolongation. But i don’t know if there is any tests about that.

Does anybody else prefer Jelqing with only one hand? My unit has a prominent curvature, so I have perfectioned the technique only with the right hand, while I can’t seem to do it nearly as good with the left hand. Instead of doing 50 good reps and 50 half-assed, I prefer to do 100 good reps.

I have a less developed left CC (you see the right CC wider viewed from below).

And also my left ligament is tighter than the right one and i feel the difference when i stretch in all the directions.

Any suggestion?

I use the backhand method as I can really get a good downward movement from the base. It feels better with my left on the backhand but I alternate my hands, more out of fear of it being misshapen using one hand.

Lower balls

If I want lower swinging bollocks. Is just stretching the skin below my balls enough of do I need to be tugging and pulling my entire sack with bollocks?

Should I take a break from masturbating before starting a PE routine?

You don’t have to although it wouldn’t hurt taking some time off. Try not to cum much from masturbation after you start though.

Question.. So I know rest days are needed. But is it okay to do stretches along with hot wrap with wash cloth on those rest days?

I’m on the newbie routine about 2 weeks in and lightly easing myself into a jelq squeeze in my routine. I definitely feel the soreness but I don’t see why stretching every once in awhile throughout the day would hurt on a rest day.

I don’t think it would hurt it as long as you aren’t pulling too hard. I’ve actually been trying to do 10 sec pulls left down up right every time I go to the bathroom at work, sore or not.
