Stop with that pump if you don’t know at what pressure you’re working on.
Stop PE till your libido and penis are ok and restart with a smarter routine.
Read a lot.

Pumping without a gauge is indeed risky. However, you can reduce the risk if you pump up until you feel slight discomfort and then back off slightly.

My question is does anyone ever feel bad about the fact that what they’ve built with PE isn’t their original size that nature gave you. I was originally 5-6 inches and I sometimes feel as if I don’t deserve the 1-2 or 1.5 inches I’ve put on. It seems like its a very self defeating way to think but I can’t help but feel this way. Has anyone else felt similar to this? This crap has been really getting to me as of late.

No. This is subconscious garbage instilled via culture that says “you can’t change your penis so work with what you got.” The guilt ain’t required. It’s just to hold you back because there is no victim here.

If you went to the gym would you feel bad for being stronger? Or if you started running would you feel bad for doing something against nature’s plan?

Hi, I’ve been doing the Newbie Routine(only warm wrap time 10 minutes) exercise for 146 days. I got my last earnings on day 63. No gains with 83 days. Does anyone have any advice? Sorry about my bad english. :)

Choose another exercise from the choices here: A Quickstart Guide to Manual Exercises

Keep doing the Newbie Routine, but add one of the new exercises to it.
Do the new exercise alongside the Newbie Routine for 3 weeks, then stop doing that new exercise, go back to the list, and choose a different exercise to do with the Newbie Routine for the next 3 weeks.
Keep the Newbie Routine as the foundation of your exercises, but every 3 weeks swap to a different ‘extra exercise’.

Hello there, I have question about weight lifting and sport in general, in combination with PE.
Is there any negative or positive effect if you combine these two things?
I have 3-4 martial arts trainings and 2-3 gym trainings every week. Only 1 day free.
Obviously I have to do PE in the same days as I go to gym or martial art class. There may be only 2-3 hours rest between gym and PE exercise.

Do you think that there can be any negative effect for PE progress, if it is done in such a short time distance before or after these body activities?

I know there are probably threads about this subject already, so if you know them, feel free to post a link, if you don’t want to answer directly. I will read them.

While doing split sets with hanging, is it better to start at max weight during second session or start lower?
