You could have conditioned your penis and may just need more force (hanging, clamping, pumping) or you could take a decon break (6 weeks).

Thanks pioneer. Im pretty sure i messed up due to not enough rest days and bad sleep which toughening me up quick. Or maybe it was over expansion that toughened me up but all i know is that i just pray i can get that .25 in both ways if i never gain again after that i can accept it

My understanding is that there shouldn’t be anything holding you back from gaining an inch both ways eventually.

So how does this shit actually work.

I get the girth. Pumping your chop full of blood, engorging it. Makes sense.

However even though I have gone from 16cm to 16.5cm BPEL in 4 months how does it work. Does the stretching stretch your penis and it rights itself or are the fibres tearing slightly and they are r forming at longer length?

I have a question. Should I use cock ring only on the base of my shaft or use it behind balls?

You are stretching the ligaments first and foremost, if you are new, which just exposes more of the penis shaft that you already have.
You are secondly stretching the tunica by creating micro tears which then heal.

They both have their pros and cons depending on what you are using them for.

I personally wear a steel cock ring around my penis and scrotum for many hours out of the day.

Try some cheap ones and decided for yourself.

What are the pros and cons, if you can tell me?

How does one know they are stretching hard enough to create gains? I’m sure its different for everyone but there has to be some similarities we can agree on.

It’s only partly about how hard. A big part is time. You can’t consider one without the other.

That makes sense. I’m stretching with a light amount of force for 1-2min or until my grip is comprised, in total about 15min. But sometimes I think that I’m just pulling my unit out and not applying the right about of force. Should I be experiencing a specific feeling on my ligs or internal penis that will translate into gains?

Something like when you bend over and touch your toes you can feel the pull on the back of your legs and glutes. That was the best comparison I could come up with.

Hey guys hope everybodys doing well, so i have been thinking and got like alittle worried or freaked out… are we under estimating what we do to our penis’? Ive read alittle bit and its said that jelqing is mainly harmless but if done too often or intensely can cause scaring. And all these other methods we use…. are we going to have erectile problems down the line?

So any length gain is ligaments being stretched and maybe tunica. Ok thanks.
