Ok I’m on my 4th week of PE now.

I did the newbie routine for 2 weeks and I can feel it really works, I have full erection whenever I’m aroused, and I also get random erections hehe, really feels great!

On my 2nd week I was not really consistent I’m just guessing if I have stretch 5 mins or 10 mins jelq,not consistent.

When started my 3rd week my random erections are decreasing, until when in morning I woke up the I have no morning erections! Kinda feel worried first time happened to me. And so I continued my routine, BTW,

On the half of my 2nd week I started my “new routine” 10-15 mins of stretch while in hot bath, 10-15 mins jelq and kegels I don’t know how many, I’m lazy to count.

And then mornings came in and I didn’t get morning erections it’s my 3rd day of having no morning erections really worried about this, and my erections are decreasing.BTW I’m also a constant masturbator I masturbate ALMOST everyday.

Wonder if my masturbation affects PE?
Am I overdoing my PE?I strecth and jelq hard,sometimes
What should I do??

I also had an erection problem while I was PE’ing. I didnt stop for rest but kept up with my routine which was very intense for a beginner. I thought I permanently damaged my penis but after the 2 days rest, my penis was getting more erections and harder, plus I had my morning erections back. :) :D
