Are PE gains Permanent?

Just wondering if these gains are actually permanent

Yes, I’ve found them to be quite permanent. The process of cementing gains helps. That process is continuing the same routine for 3-4 months. I take 3-4 weeks off after that period and measure. Then I consider them true and cemented gains.
