Are loss of gains a symptom of overtraining

Hey.

I’ve been doing the following..

5-10 min warm up in bath
15-20 stretch, 20 secs in each direction x 3 and ‘helicopters’
10 x 50 Jelq’s, lasts about 30 mins.
Warm down stretch 15 secs in each direction and ‘helicopters’
5-10 min warm down in bath
Takes around an hour all in all.

I’m doing the 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off routine.

At first I saw girth gains and slight length gains, helped by a fuller erection. But now I seem to have reverted a little and my girth is only a little more than when I started..

Has anyone else had this prob? Is it caused by over-training or is my routine bad?

Thats more or less the same routine as me and I got some initial gains about the same as yours but they seem to have stopped and I’ve also been PEing since almost the exact same time as you, pretty weird

Sacred, You didn’t mention how long you have been doing. Without knowing that no one can judge. In my opinion you have to first condition the unit for some time before you think of gains.

It’s conditioned enough I think, my starting date is in my sig. Though my routine is slightly newer as I adjusted it as I went.

I had conditioned my penis for about a month before the official start date by doing the occasional session to see where I stood. My penis can handle this workout but if I do more, or go for another shorter session in the evening I get sore.but I remember reading somewhere that being sore is a good thing.

Sacred you haven’t been at this long enough yet. It’s only been a month looking at your joining date. Nothing to do with getting your dick conditioned, if anything when gains are slowing (which you have no way of knowing so early) you are too conditioned, not under conditioned. What’s with the getting your dick conditioned thing going on around here??

Maybe it’s time to change your routine, depending on how much you actually grew. From what you said it sounds your growth was only improved erections. If this is true there could be a number of reasons for the worsening of it, one of which is too much PE. Stop for a three days and see what happens.

How did the Newbie Routine treat you? How much HAVE you grown under this routine?
