I have attempted PE several times and each time I injure myself. I have taken long breaks and return to PE at a very easy pace and still I get injured (firm flaccid, no EQ). So my question is, have I ruined all chance of gains? I have I hurt my dick so many times that it may never get bigger or harder? And right now I’m sick so my EQ is even worse. Yesterday was V day and I couldn’t even get it hard for my girl. She knows I’m sick so she was cool with it but its like, damn, I’m 27 years old and my dick feels worthless. I’m about 6 in long and 5.25 in girth witch I’m honestly pretty happy with. I just want it to get hard again and maybe grow a little. Is there any hope for me at all? Anyone out there know of any “low risk” exercises that will improve my EQ.

The only routine I’ve ever done is the Newbie routine. I usually get injured and have to stop before my dick is even conditioned to PE.

What kind of injuries? Did you warm up before starting?

With a good warm up, the Newbie Routine is about as safe as PE gets. If you are genuinely not doing it excessively hard, then you may be one of the few who is just prone to getting injuries. If you are happy with your size, I would suggest doing only kegels and very light jelqing - not much firmer than you would normally masturbate. Both are good for EQ. A healthy dick that works is more valuable than a slightly bigger dick, so just concentrate on health. Most girls like girth anyway, and you have good girth already.

I guess they might not actually be called injuries but I was referring to firm flaccids and the inability to get hard. Yes, I always warm up and down.

Is it possible that you were using too much force?

Hmm. I may have the same problem. I haven’t felt injured. I’ve been doing this for about 10 days now and have had the same problem more or less. It’s not always firm when flaccid and not terrible EQ, but both have been more and less than before respectively. Should I be concerned as well? I thought it was just b/c I am quiting smoking (7 days cold turkey now) and have been tense and not terribly well rested. I had a little trouble on V-day morning, I threw on a ring and was able to make due, but I don’t want this to be a continuing problem. Is this common?

I have no pain, very slight discoloring, anything I should change?

I’d wait till your EQ comes back. Then do like 20 kegels a day, hold each for like 2-3 seconds. Then do 1 day on 1 day off of jelqs. Do it basically flaccid, don’t get aroused and hard, stay like near completely flaccid and wet jelq with some lubricant. I use a hair conditioner(You’d be surprised), and do like 20 jelqs every other day for a month then every 2 weeks add more on if everything is going well then throw in some stretches to the routine.

I get injured really easy with PE as well. The best cure and preventative for damage is hot wraps! Wrap before and especially after for 5-10 mins. I started actually really slow before I did the newbie routine; I did 5 mins hot wrap, 10 mins stretches and only 50 jelqs, then 5 mins hot wrap. Also, schedules definately vary for everyone. I do 1 on-1 off, and it works great! If I try 2 on-1 off, then my eq drops, and I get damaged over time. Try slowing down.. Less is definately more (it has taken me over a year to beleive this and understand it as the truth). Now I do the newbie routine, and my eq is phenomenal! Hard as a friggin steel rod, no joke.

Btw, I have gained little over a half inch in lenght from a year of half-assed PE. I’m trying to stay on a regular schedule, because this stuff really works!
