After two months, absolutely no length gain
I’ve been doing the newbie routine to the T for two months. 5 minute warmup, 5 minutes stretching, 10 minute jelqing, and 5 minute cooldown. I am very happy with my girth gains (.25 gain). However, my BPEL is exactly the same as when I started. I don’t want to do hanging or use any devices. What can I do to start encouraging length gains? Should I just add more stretching time?
