Guys,

I read in a book called “Exercising the Penis” (by Aaron Kemmer) that after the workout, one should apply cold instead of a hot wrap.
On the other hand, the newbie routine from luvdadus suggests “5 minute hot wrap” (which I’m following).

Which one is better for a post-session?

In all honesty both can be beneficial. Unfortunately everyone here on this site may have a different reaction to each method. There is no clear-cut answer to that question. The best solution would be to experiment with both and base your decision off of that. Maybe spend the next month (or two) doing a warm down and then switching it up doing strictly cool down methods. People have reported benefits on both sides but this is something that only you can determine for yourself.
