After Newbie Routine..

After Newbie Routine..

I just finished 3 months of the newbie routine, mostly right on the spot. What should I move on to now? I want to move off the newbie routine.

I can’t do hanging or clamping. I heard things about orange bends and things like that though and some other bending things that I’ve been interested in.

Could anyone possibly point me in the right direction?

What were your gains?

What are you wanting to work on. length or girth or both at the same time.

You could try adding some of the more advanced exercises to your routine if you feel your ready that is. Heres the PE videos and exercise descriptions.

It depends what your gaols are spankey. If you tell them you will get better advice.

I am not high jacking this thread, I have the same question. I just finished a 3 month newbie routine and would like advise on a workout plan. Ive had some gains with the newbie routine, unless the gains are just temporary swelling gains due to the new abuse (hope not). I started with 7x6 and 3 months later I am 7 3/8 x 6.1 with a

6 5/8 base. My goal is 8 x 6.5. What would you suggest for a work out?

My current status is 6.4 and around 5.3-5 girth. My goals would be 7.5 (or possibly 8) in length, 6’ in girth.
