Hey guys I have exact;Ly finished 30 days of jelqing and stretching which is what I was recommended because I am a beginner , My starting stats we’re 5.25 in length and after a month have moved up to 5.80 which is half an inch increase, I doubt I will gain like that for the second month. I am pleased. My girth is really small though should I wait to increase length before starting?? After month 2 I plan to start on my girth is this to early?

Good gain. Congratulations. Are you keeping track of your girth by any chance?

You can always work on both length and girth at the same time. It may be time consuming though especially if you decide to hang.

Congratulations. You’ve found a right routine. To bad for me, I haven’t found mine yet. Well it’s hard because I don’t have a routine. I do random stretches.. But anyway, keep on the good work

Yea thank all of you for the support.I never thought it would grow that good in a month because my lot was like 6:00 which scared me but I just stretched upwards for ten minutes on the day I was PEing. MY Routine is simple 2, I go 1 day on and 1 day off , I don’t really ever Warm up or hot wrap or what ever. I jelq 250 times but since I have a family I don’t want to seem suspicious so ill do 150 reps and 5 minutes in the shower in the morning, then at night take another shower and finish it off. I think this new month ill just do the exact same thing because it’s working and then next month ill get into jelq squeezes and Ulis and horse 440s.

My LOT is also around 6:00. Would you suggest I just stretch upward? I’ve heard a few times that stretching both ways is the only way to get real gains, regardless of LOT.. But I don’t want waste my time with downward stretches if this isn’t true.

I suggest just stretching upwards because thats all I did
