ADS warmup?

I have ADS device and no instructions. I just thought that does it read in ADS device that you have to warm up unit before putting it to ADS? I have never warmed up with ADS but maybe when increasing the force of strech it could be easier to set unit to ADS when warmed up.

Hmm, the only warm up that I do when wearing my ADS is to do manual stretching prior to putting on the ADS.

I don’t warm up for ADS. It is meant to be light stretch.

Same here, if I do a bit of manual pulls, then I will warm up.

I wear my ADS after doing manual stretches and jelquing. My thought is, keep it stretched out after I’ve already done exercises, and perhaps that will help it heal while stretched. Can’t say whether I’m right or not, but that’s what I prefer to do. My only concern about this is that after a jelqing session, my glans is much larger than when it’s completely flaccid, and I can’t help but wonder if the ADS compresses the glans, nullifying any glans growth progress I might be seeing otherwise.

But to more succinctly answer your question, I don’t think a warm up is absolutely necessary before wearing an ADS.

Interesting theory, can anyone shed some light as to whether this is true or not?
