Should you warmup before using an all day stretcher? Don’t really see the use if you warm up, and then wear your stretcher for multiple hours, you’re dick will get at normal temperature in 15 minutes, so why warm up if you get cold that quickly?

You can, it just doesn’t matter. You will be still wearing the ADS when your penis gets cold.
But, you should put the ADS on after PE, so you should be warmed up from that anyway. Keep the tension on your ligs after they have been through PE.
Time to measure girth soon... previously 4.5", been targeting girth for months!
