A few important questions about PE
CALLING ALL EXPERIENCED PE’ERS!
Hi, I’m new here and this is my first post. I have researched PE and done PE on and off, mostly because of privacy issues. I was wondering a few things:
One, how does anyone know for sure If these gains are permanent? Unless you are DLD (who is a freak of nature, one which I would someday hope to be) how do we know?
Two, how much time do you think someone who is interested in moderate gains should spend on PE excersizes?
Three, it seems like there is SOOO much information on this site, I don’t know where to start. I checked out the archives with newbie info, and it’s still an overload. There are several types of workouts which include like 50 moves each (I exaggerate slightly).
I appreciate anyone’s help and concern. I think it’s pretty cool how everyone is pretty supportive of each other and I’m really excited about getting started; I just really need some guidance.
