7x5.5 - 8x6 in a year?

Is this possible with just jelqing, moderate pumping and kegelling? I plan to P.E quite conservatively for one year, ie simply warming up, jelqing for 10 mins, warming down then wearing a cock ring - and also throw in some light vacuum pumping in the mix, aswell as sporatic kegelling. I have decided to steer clear of clamping and hanging, and am not even considering these exercises.

Although I mostly want my erections to be better (I have a venous leak and am probabaly having surgery, but I may aswell try some natural erection enhancers first), do you think its possible to gain 1” in length and 0.5 in girth in the long run, doing this program? 8x6 is a bit of a dream size and if I could have it that’d be unreal.

It’s probably going to take a bigger commitment then you describe. Who knows, once you start, you may get more inspired then you are right now.

First, look here:
Newbie Routine

After about 4-6 months (6 months likely the max) try switching up your routine. This could include adding in more advanced exercises, but until atleast 4 months, just to play it safe (you only have one unit afterall :p ) stick with the Newbie Routine, THEN think about throwing in an advanced exercise(s) into your routine.

No dedication + No self-discipline = No Gains. This goes for working out as well. It's elementary math kids.

Starting Date: 1-17-05 - EL: 6 in. EG: 5.125 in. ... or 5 2/16 in. ..FL: 4.5 in. ... or 4 8/16 in. FG: 4.5 in. ... or 4 8/16 in.

14th Check-In Date (much 'rest time' so far): 10-01-06 - EL: 7 1/16 in. EG: 5 9/16 in. ................ FL: 5.00 in. ... or 5 in. FG: 4.75 in. ... or 4 12/16 in....1st Goal: EL: 7 in. EG: 5.75 in ... or 5 12/16 in.

Basically a change of working hours has meant I work nights, and have not been able to adjust to sleep during the day, so a lot of my time I’m kind of “zombified” and its hard to concentrate on anything. I’m going to either chuck the job (can’t afford to, but they’re making impossible to get my old daytime hours back) or just force myself to concentrate (lots of coffee). I was really happy with my gains in my first few months, without this (forced) break, I’d (hopefully) be at 8” BPEL by now :cuss:

I went from 6.5 to 8 inches in 3-4 months

I achieved just over an inch in 3 months.

Those are incredible newbie gains.

Doing the newbie routine 2 days on, 1 day off, when can you expect to see your first gains. I am just starting out fully doing the newbie routine, and am excited to see changes. 8 inches? For me one day.

I have doing PE on and off for about a month now with no specific routine. I have only been doing the newbie routine for about a week, but I must say it rocks. I am starting to feel really good about PE.
