14 months and no gains

So I’ve been jelqing, doing manual stretches, and kegels 4 times per week for 14 months and I have not made any gains. My penis is still just under 6 inches nbp. I’m very upset and I am beginning to think that this web site is no more than a cruel hoax.

You may consider re-evaluating your conclusion, good sir

First off it is not a hoax. This site has worked for many people and it will work for you. Some people gain faster than others. You have to find what works for you.

What is your workout exactly?

Do you exercise or diet?

Need a little more information so people can help you.

K well 4 night out of the week I do about 10 mins with a moist heating pad, then jelq for 15 to 25 minutes, then stretch for about 5 minutes (either pendulum, jai’s, or manual stretches), and I finish with about 50 kegels. I feel that maybe I was doing stuff wrong but wouldn’t I have gained like a tiny big just by accident?

I lift weights and do cardio regularly. I’m in good shape, no six pack, but def not fat at all so thats not the issue. This sucks!

Sounds like you should have switched routines a long time ago. I am not the best at saying what routine one should switch to (I only know my own body) so I will leave that alone but after going 3-5 months without gains (after your newbie period), it should have been time to re-evaluate you approach to PE in order to find out what works for you.

Skeebo makes a great point.

If you have been doing that routine for 14 months and no results it is time to change it up.

I think you should bump up the time that you stretch. Try switching up your jelqing grip and use different pressures. You may want to look into hanging or using an ADS.

Ultimately it comes down to you. Monitor your PI’s and your body. Do things that work for you and the gains will come. If you don’t see gains look at what you did and try something else, whether it is more reps or a different exercise.

I am just absolutely flabbergasted at how many people say they went months and years with their routine, and they didn’t get any gains, and ‘woe is me’. Then eventually the truth comes out that they ‘mostly’ stuck with their routine, but yeah, they missed ‘some’ workouts, or yeah, they were a ‘little’ inconsistent, or yeah, they were doing their jelqs, but doing them while they watch Celebrity Apprentice or whatever.

What in the hell would make you keep doing the same routine day after day for over a year if you were seeing NO CHANGE?

Do you really think 20 minutes of half-assed jelqing 4 days a week is going to FORCE your dick to adapt and GROW?

I shake my head in disbelief because if this shit was really THAT important to you, you would have listened to the vets, done your research, read the threads of the big gainers, and put in your time. You just wasted 14 months of your life and PE career that you will never get back, and I will tell you flat out it is because of sheer lack of real, directed, effort.

In December you were doing 30 mins of jelqs per session, and now you are on 20? Is that your winning progression?

Honestly, I have no patience for people with no commitment. And therefore I really don’t care if you gain or not. But if YOU care about gaining, here is a wake up call for you:

PE is your full time fucking job now. You arrange your social life and whatever it is you do outside of work, around PE. You don’t miss workouts. You don’t drop reps because the footie’s coming on and you want to finish up quick.

You devote full and complete concentration to what you are doing at all times and make every repetition count. No distractions.

You get off the routine you are on find a routine that has been proven to work by a gaining member. Read everything ever written by guys like Memento, Remek and others, the list is long, who are taking PE theory to a whole amazing level of understanding, and DOING ALL THE FUCKING MENTAL WORK FOR YOU!

You commit 100%. You concentrate on what you are doing. You watch your PIs. You push the envelope, the gains are on the fine line between Overwork/injury and Nothing. You think about what you are doing. You plan your work, and then work your plan.

Do you think that if this was easy and attainable at a time cost of an hour and a half a week of effort, the human worldwide average penis length would be in the 5s?

You do all this, and I challenge you come back on this thread in another 4 months and tell us nothing changed.

Good luck.

I know I should have changed up but as stupid as it sounds, I have not measured myself since I started. I just kept putting it off b/c I didn’t want to face the reality. I came into this very skeptical and was thinking that if I just got an inch I would be thrilled. Now I am pretty depressed and I feel like there is no one to talk to since I have never even uttered a word about PE to an actual person, and even if they did they might think I’m crazy.

I read your earlier post saying you haven’t measured.
I find that just weird. When you get the chance measure it!

Sometimes it might not feel different, because you see it every day.
So see if you really have gained anything and change your routine. Your a hard gainer, but just find what works for you, and once again measure it!

I know your not making this all up, because of your past posts, if it wasn’t for that I would think you were making this up lol.

No I mean I measured it just today

Oh OK my bad, I just remember reading a post of yours in the past saying that, and I thought you still didn’t measure when making this thread.

Anyway I hope you figure out a new routine and get gains. Good luck.

I feel for you man, but if you’re still serious about PEing then continue. I suggest looking up to Gator right now. He was in your shoes not too long, but he changed things up and found out what works for him. Now he’s getting progressive growth. His tenacity and dedication to the growing the stick is amazing. A lot of guys would quit, but not him…don’t you quit either dude. Let me tell you this…you will remain depressed and feel bad if you continue to think that all you did was waste time. You need to immediately change that mind frame. Find the good out of this and only focus on that, may it be more knowledge on what does and doesn’t work. Snap out of it and keep moving forward. You’re going to be digging a deeper hole if you stay depressed any longer.

CHUNK: Dude that was the most honest response I’ve heard in awhile. I actually liked what you said and I found it kind of inspirational. With all your talk about discipline, how much have you gained?

Thanks guys and definitely thanks to you chunk that was a little harsh but inspirational as well. I think I might read up and then get on the newbie routine for a while. Is this a good idea?

I started playing golf when I was 20 and for 5 years I was the worst out of all of my friends/relatives. It seemed like they all pitied me b/c I sucked so bad. I seldom practiced but when I did it was quite half assed. But in the past 2 years I got serious and practiced more and focused more during rounds and now I am arguably the best in the group. I hope PE will be similar.

I don’t know. Maybe you are too conditioned for Newbie routine now?

Maybe a newbie progression is right for you, adding time and reps weekly until you hit your sweet spot?

Really, everyone’s unit is different and we can’t tell you for sure. Once again check my thread in Members Pics and I explain how I know if I am doing it right for me, it’s a little long winded. So will in all likelyhood take you a while to dial in the ol routine.

Good luck bro.
