Reverse Kegels while hanging
I am trying to perfect my pc squeeze and reverse kegel so I can do them while hanging. I find a pc squeeze heaps easier then a reverse kegel at the moment.
Can someone tell if this sounds right, that when doing a reverse kegel I seem to be pushing so hard, that sometimes I fart and it feels like my ears are pressuring. Maybe I’m pushing to hard but if I don’t then I can’t feel like I’m pushing my piss out.
Please note that I have not been successful doing either pc squeeze or reverse kegel while hanging todate. Just practicing my reverse kegels while typing this now.
Do reverse kegel’s make you not only feel like pushing piss out but make you feel like your trying to shit yourself?
That is the feeling I’m getting at the moment.
