I am suffering from a form of O.C.D where I bully myself about my penis, I have suffered for years, I have a rational side and an irrational side and they bicker constantly, it gets me down and threatens my family life, I have to touch my penis several times an hour just to be sure it hasn’t grown/shrunk/vanished turned into a vagina I don’t know I just have too. Anyway I thought I had a form of dis-morphia but I don’t because part of me accepts my penis for what it is and that part just wants to enjoy it and use it lots and lots. I have taken the first steps to try and get some control over my thoughts and I hope to be able to try and use my obsessive traits to try and better myself , only time will tell,

Welcome to thunders brother, you need to hang out here for a while and just decide to let all those thoughts go. They do us no good in our lives.
I came here because the mother of my children made me feel tiny with her “funny” comments about big black dicks etc.
I left her and got a new dick, a new wife and a new life as well.
Give it time and do some work, and we will all help you do it.

I have similar issues. I equate size with being a man. Along with strength. Dealing with a new woman, helped…the first night. Back to the same old thought pattern. I hope one day we can truly be rid of our issues and focus on PE.

If you are attaining regular maximal erections, that should not be a problem.

Why quit porn? Its hard to get a high EQ with out porn while jelqing. At least for me.
