Hi all! I’m still here PEing; is there a good supplement out there that will help blood flow? I’m looking for something proven, and PE specific. Thanks.

L-arginin. Not PE specific, but is very useful. May be taken prior to any workout and increases blood flow in muscles. Improves performance :up:

Ginko Biloba is the best I have found for blood flow. Stick to the dosages on the bottle and buy quality.

Trust me. Swallowing it is the easy part ;)

On the L-Arginine what is a good brand, and what milligram for the pills?

These two might be out of date, arginine is way cheaper if you buy it as a bulk powder as opposed to pills.

White blood - hands down

White blood is notL-Arginine, it is a nitric oxide product containing some L-Arginine in the form of arginine ethyl ester di-hcl. Might be a very good one, especially for non-responders but I have never used it.

"White Blood also has an amazing effect on erectile tissue as an added bonus.", sounds like BS to me. Many NO products make this claim

For actual L-Arginine the brand does not matter as long as you are buying from a reputable supplier. Pharmaceutical grade L-Arginine is just that no matter who is selling it. 1fast400 sells it for $23/lb. You can find it cheaper on line but this is a good example of what bulk and discount places will sell it for.

As far as NO products go White Blood is not priced unreasonably. A pound of L-Arginine will last more than three times as long as a bottle of White Blood and will cost you less. If you have never used this type of thing before I would start out with the L-Arginine and see how you respond.

I agree, I recommend Gingko Biloba highly.

I started taking arginine, pine extract and ginkgo a while ago and now the morning erections are like steel. My unit seems to be semi-erect all day long and proceed to full-time wood with a slightest stimulation. I also started using evo for jelqing lube same time, so I can´t say which one does the trick. But I´m loving it :)
