What is the best supplements to increase libido and make you more horny? I have heard of horny goat weed, is this really good?

I’m also looking for a few supplements that will help me in my PE workout, increase circulation etc

And lastly, what are some good supplements to help increase the load and maybe the testicle’s size?

Hi Glober,

You asked 3 questions and my answer(s) to questions 1&3 are - Tongkat Ali taken in even doses of 400 mgram of 50:1 extract at 6 hr intervals totalling say 1600 mgram/day. Tribulus terrestris is good, too but I have had much better success with TA. Much better falccid hang, engorged nads - and lots of urge. Cycle the TA 20 days on, 10 days off. Coupled with the TA is to take 2000-3000 mgram of DHA/EPA from fish oil daily. Thats 1000-1500 mgram of each of those essential fatty acids. I personally like Carlson’s lemon-flavored cod liver oil together with Carlson’s megaDHA caps and I lean towards more DHA as a personal preference. Don’t skimp on quality on the fish oil - cheaper is not necessarily better - read lables carefully and try to get the most Omega3 for your money.

As for question #2, take your Omega3’s from fish oil and walk. Walk at a good, comfortable clip for half an hour or more 5 days a week. That coupled with the lower blood viscosity from the fish oil will, in time, do wonders for your circulation and the combination of all of these will naturally raise your free testosterone - at least that has been my experience.

Since I do not know anything about your personal medical situation, be careful of the fish oil if you are on blood thinners. If that is the case, seek medical advise before adding fish oil. Also, since fish oil is or can be very powerful to a lot of people, start off in small amounts like 2, 500mg doses in a day at mealtimes and build the total amount up gradually over time - say a month or so.

What kinda supplement is Tongkat Ali? What was it originally meant for? My health is ok and I’m quite young so I don’t think I have to worry about the fish oil and stuff. But is it good to take these supplements at my age as a boost? Or will this have some sort of adverse affect when I get older.. Will I end up getting more dependant on this stuff?

And do you know of a good place to get some Tongkat Ali? Which brand is better?

The Tongkat Ali products from vitacost.com are all about 75, 85 mg.. You said you take 400mg ones 4 times a day? 1600mg? Isn’t that too much?’

Also, if I’m young and I take this test. Herb, will it lower my test. In the future because I get dependant on it?

I’ve been looking into taking TA because it raises the number of leydig cells.

I’m curious about the cost and proper dosage.

I’m also young, and have tried l-arginine and fish oil without feeling any real effects. I don’t know if that stuff is needed when you’re in your 20’s.

Personally I think a multivitamin is good enough.

The Tongkat Ali comes in various strengths - Source Naturals LJ100 is what I use. The LJ100 is a concentrated form of the herb - 1 g of LJ100 = 100 g of the natural herb. Therefore since the pills I have are 80mg each, each pill is the equivalent of 8000mg of the natural herb. As with all herbal “medications”, it may take a while before you see any effects. Believe me, if you take this herb, you will see effects - there’s a reason its called Ali’s Stick.

If you’re young, there’s probably no reason to take this herb because your testosterone levels are fine. However, if you start noticing a decrease in morning wood/erection quality, tongkat ali can help.

That’s awesome. But if we’re young and taking this supplements will it screw up our natural test. Level? Will our body become depandant on this supplement for making natural test. That it stops producing the amount it should be when we get older?

And also how does this compare to the other stuff like horny goat weed and stuff?
