As for question #2, take your Omega3’s from fish oil and walk. Walk at a good, comfortable clip for half an hour or more 5 days a week. That coupled with the lower blood viscosity from the fish oil will, in time, do wonders for your circulation and the combination of all of these will naturally raise your free testosterone - at least that has been my experience.

as for lower blood viscosity also aspyrin could work, isn’t it?
I know of people in danger of hearth attack to take it to make blood more fluid, could it also work for our purpose?
do you think I may have same problem? when I get a cut I loose very low blood (also bcs I have very low blood pressure), could it help me to take something as to increase hardons?
