urethra stretching

I have been getting good gains lately from hanging, however, my urethra feels weird at the base of my penis. It feels like there’s something stuck in there. I think it may be from my urethra stretching. Has anyone else experienced this? The feeling comes and goes at random, I can’t quite figure it out.

What direction are you hanging? Sometimes when I would do OTS, I would get a really good stretch in the area you describe. But there was never any pain associated with it. Do you have any problems urinating?
