I’ve seen them. And the more I read to more my face drops. I have been PEing for two months, stretching and jelquing. What does one have to do for a ligament to “snap”. I presume extreme pulling while stretching. When I stretch I keep pull as far as possible before my wrist starts to ache. When stretching how hard is too hard?

Believe me you will know when they have snapped! It will severely affect your life in a bad way. (Well this is my experience of it.) Nobody can explain it; you can read books, hear peoples stories, but you will not understand it until you have experienced it. The pain is the only problem I have. This is bad enough but when people break more than the ligaments. As in damage penis blood vessels, etc No more work penis!!!

I do not know what it is like to be a woman but I can read about it, touch them, talk to women etc but you will never experience being a woman. As in the same way you will not know how it is to have snapped ligaments. Maybe there is a positive snapped ligament story out there? I hope there is.

P.s Snapped is a totally different thing to surgically cutting the ligament.

Mate, My advice to you is don’t pull on your cock whilst doing a kegel.
I held a kegel for as long as possible while pulling hard on my cock, when the kegel released and continued pulling, that is where the damage was done.
So you are fine to continue pulling, just not while kegelling

Maybe another op to get your ligs reattached might sort it out? Your urologist can’t do anything about the pain?

Third time lucky ? I do not think so. Urologists are not magicians, unfortunately. Had over 10 years of pain specialists and urologists. It gets expensive.

Stop jelqing then.

If you’ve read about jelqing injuries and you continue to jelq and get injured you’ve only got yourself to blame and some would say you deserve everything you get.

That’s unnecessarily hard. Your penis will get used to the high levels of force and adapt to them. When it is used to ‘x’ pounds of force, where do you go from there? You can only add time, which means moving to hanging, but then the force will be far less than the ‘wrist ache’ level it is used to.

One of the great secrets of PE is to do the absolute minimum you can while still getting gains.
