PE injuries?

I have been doing PE off and on for a little over a year now. My consistency has been mediocre to be honest, lasting two good months and then giving up for another two months then returning, and so on. But I have noticed whenever I am active I have similar pains that occur even after two different streaks of doing PE so I’m sure they correlate to the stretches. One pain is like a pinching pain that ticks like a heartbeat in one of the big veins close to the left part of my head. The other is a stinging in my urethra, like a UTI, that lasts while and after I pee. I was wondering if anyone else might have had any similar experiences and identify whatever I am doing wrong to cause these pains. Does anyone know?

Try using less force!

Less intensity, longer duration. Just keep a close eye on any strange sensations or appearances - it is really important to pick up on this early so that you can pull back on your exercises!
