I Think I Overtrained
Now, let me start by stating that I have being trying PE start and stop for several years. I first big attempt ended in something akin to what I might be experiencing now. I did today a very basic technique, 100 Jelqs under a hot shower, with a fair deal of time under hot water to rest. In the other attempts of restarting previous to this, I had done only 50-to-70 one day before stopping flat. With no loss of function several hours after. Now is different. Having Jelqed at about lunch, and it being near 12 hours later, I feel a very slight tingling and soreness. And an inability to have an erection. I am also a tad depressed for other reasons this day, but I don’t think that is necessarily the cause.
I’m a bit panicky because the first time I had an accident, several years back, I rendered myself impotent for about a week (Though in hindsight, I don’t know if it was physical as much as panic-based) and thought I’d given myself nerve damage. Only gradually regaining function. That incident made me swear off PE for well over two years, only recently have I returned to it. I fear as though I bungled it again. Given the mildness of my exercise, I can’t think I’ve done any terrible, long-lasting damage. But nonetheless, I have a degree of concern. Any way to have the little guy heal faster? And should I go to the safer hanging methods I was trying before, instead of the manual methods I was trying?
