I think I overtrained

I think I overtrained

EQ is down, time to achieve an erection has increased and there is a slight achyness in my penis.

So the real question is, how long do I leave it?

I guess every man is different. I was just thinking I’ll monitor my P.I.s but from experience some of those don’t return until I start jelqing again.

Give it a few days, but that monitoring P.I.s is the key thing. Hopefully you’ll be back in no time.

Thanks zowee, I’m eager to get back to it but in the right way.

Sometimes I find it hard NOT to rest. Being a newbie to PE myself, I have to control my eagerness to continue. I suppose you can do an active rest by doing all day kegels and firegoat rolls and similar massages.

You should give it a rest until your EQ returns and you don’t feel achy anymore. If you ever feel that “tired dick” feeling into the next day then you went too hard the day before and you should back off. If you feel that tired dick feeling the day of the PE then I would suggest not PEing that day at all.

That’s good advice AvgGuy, my dick felt tired before the session but I still tried a bit, although quickly stopped.

Sorry for getting into this thread, just a quick question.

Do you guys think that overtrain can toughen the tissues and limit/burn some gains?

Cause it happened a couple of times to me, I just started PEing, and I could only do 1 month straight where i got some little gains but lost them after overtraining.

I just think I can get where I want with girth even with this problem, it’s so hard to me to not overtrain because my dick is really sensitive.

I have amazing PIS when everything is fine so I hope this will bring some results, thanks to everyone.

I’ll never stop PE, even if I won’t gain anything cause it is an amazing hobby and boost EQ so much ;)
