Hello everyone.

I’ve been lurking for a while, and have been manual stretching and wet jelqing on and off for month now. I have noticed better erections and morning and night wood. This is despite having started taking SSRIs again (for unrelated anxiety issues) which have traditionally have reduced my libido the quality of my erections.

I have always been insecure about my penis. Especially the flaccid length (between 1” and 3”). It has caused me a great deal of anxiety and unhappiness, and after reading this thread Insecurities of a small penis I’m glad to see I’m not the only one.

Months ago, I finally found this and another PE forum, and eventually decided to give it a try. Having played around with it (no pun intended) I have decided to follow the newbie routine day on/day off as my schedule allows.

I measured today: BPEL 6.2, EG 4.9 and so believe I’m in the average range. Ideally, I would like to achieve BPEL 7.5 & EG 5.5 and a longer flaccid hang, say a consistent 4”

From what I’ve read on here, I expect this could take anywhere from one to three years.

Day 1

5 min warm up (wrap)

5 min manual stretching (30s up, down, straight, left and right)

100 wet jelqs (various underhand and overhand).

3 min warm down

Why don’t you add kegels to your routine.

What is a kegel ?
Here is a common way of understanding how to do the Kegels .
Next time you go to the bathroom to take a piss, try to stop the flow of urine and hold it back hold for a second or two then release.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Felt good today :)

Same as day 2.

Still feeling good, got good morning wood, spontaneous erections, better flaccid hang.

Looking forward to my next session :)

Day 4

Did some JAI stretches and 50 dry jelqs

Day 5

Warm up
5 min stretching
110 dry jelqs with a pinch/C grip
Warm down

The dry jelqs with the new grip feel much more effective than the wet jelqs

Same again. Had an extra rest day as was feeling a touch sore in the shaft

I’m starting to see some progress. Just measured at 6.5 BPEL. That’s up 0.3. I do hope it keeps growing!

Glad to hear your progress, if you check out my thread you will see that we have similar measurements. Obviously you are a grower but as you continue you will see your flaccid length increase. About that extra day you took, when your member is sore that is when you know you are doing things right. Even if you do not feel like doing PE you should do it (unless it’s a rest day). I think the newbie routine is one on and one off. Overtime, within the next few weeks, increase that to two days on and one off. As long as you keep up, you will gain. I know I have

Goal (short term): 7.5" x 5.5" Goal (long term): 8" x 6"

Now: BPEL 8.5" EG 5.9" New Goal: BPEL 9"+ EG 6"+
