Why Can't I Gain Girth?

What the hell? Why, after 7 months, can’t I gain?

I had fluid gains that were really just injuries that caused penis swelling.

After a few days or weeks they go down and I’m back to below 5 inch girth?

I’ve tried traction, ADS, uli, squeezes…. Nothing…

Should I try hanging? What

Many don’t see gains for their first year. And I recall reading your other threads. I know you’ve overdone it more often than not, as far as your routines go, and that certainly doesn’t help you gain.

Additionally, most of your efforts havebeen traction and ADS which don’t do girth. And I know it is not the first time I have told you that. Just because that is what you want won’t change how those devices work.

Girth is also very difficult to gain compared to length. An 1/8” gain in a year is fine for most of us. Girth is the long game.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Be patient and pick a girth method and learn it properly. You’ve showcased no patience during the last 7 months, jumping around methods and at higher intensity than need be.

If you insist on ADS and traction you likely will see no girth gains anytime soon. Which could mean years down the line. Most strictly extender users only got length significantly in their journey. Any reading of logs will showcase the trend.

You can base your choice on what you see fit. It won’t change the nature of the exercises or devices you use. Patience and research is key. I can’t just “tell you what to do” and then you magically have the great girth method to end all girth methods.

It doesn’t matter how many times you make this thread. The answer is the same. Patience and research.

Well I can’t jelq or do any squeezes. Too risky.

Any alternatives? I’ve been trying to pump + traction. Seems like that could cause some girth gains; the tunica has been stretched, then go for a light pump and edging after?

What exactly did you do? How frequent was your routine? Best to keep track and then you can see what works and what not.

If you want to avoid higher intensity than you need to invest more time more frequent.
Some might need more time and more intensity ;) (me)
Pumping gave some gains but it creates a different expansion(it pulls) to lets say squeezes, clamping or jelqing.(inside out expansion)


Some stretching/traction before girth work can make sense to loosen up the length tunica layer(layer which prevents girth layer from expanding)

So, you’re saying you have your own theory on how to gain girth after refusing trying what works?

Your responses are fishing for me to tell you that what you’re doing is fine, because that’s all you are interested in doing. You repeat your traction idea as though it will pan out if I agree. When the proven girth methods all involve risk.

Really don’t know what to tell you.

Almost every girth method requires some level of squeeze or compression. If you aren’t pumping, you’re working some kind of pressurized compression. If that’s something you cannot or will not do, then you are going to miss out on most girth methods aside from pumping.

Reading back through your threads, you went too hard even though people mentioned you had too much set up to do. You got hurt. But there’s no easy or “safe” girth method. Most are more advanced than squeezing or jelqing.

You can read more about girth methods but I have yet to see a girth stretch, if stretching is all you are willing to do.

I had the same problem when I had a girth ONLY focused routine. As soon as I started a length focused routine with minimal girth work included is when I started gaining more girth fairly quickly. My routine which led to more girth gains than length for me was manual stretching, 30 hrs ADS sessions a week, jelqing twice a week, edging 4 times a week, with pumping once a week.

Funny how I wanted length but got mainly girth gains. Gains are gains though and I’m happy.

I got a Doppler ultrasound. It was confirmed i have developed scar tissue in the left CC of the base due to double erect squeezes.

Edging, pumping, and ADS is something I can get on board with. How much pressure were you using with the pump? Was it before or after your ads session?

Can you describe what happened when you received that injury that caused the a ad tissue? What’s the story behind that scar tissue?


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.
