Superten's journey to 10"

Hello everyone.

I have been a silent member on these forums for a while, and a lurker for many years before this.

I’ve learned a lot on these forums. Thank you to all the members here.

I started out doing manuals and am now primarily extending. I wish to share some of my extending experiences so far to help others who are starting their own extender journey. Furthermore I wish to share my progress with other who are considering extending as an option.

Starting stats:

BPEL: 7.65 - 7.9
MSEG: 6”
Averaged EG (top, mid and bottom): 5.75
NBPEL: ~ 6.3

In October 2017 I started out doing manuals, which I did for about 6 months (linear newbie routine).

I was inconsistent when measuring, and am therefore unsure of my exact starting stats and gains from the manual period. I believe I gained no more than .25 inches from manuals.

My mistake was to measure too close to the base. Since the pubic bone is at an angle, my measurements would vary from how hard I pushed. I now measure by placing the ruler vertically, and my measurements are now very consistent. I found the technique on this forum, so thank you!

I took a break in the summer of 2018, and started back up with extending in late August. I took new measurements, which then showed 20 cm (7.9 inches)

I log my extender hours daily and have now passed the 1000 hour mark, extending for about 4-5 hours daily on average. The average includes break days with 0 hours in the extender. My median extender hours per day is 7-8 hours.

Current stats:

BPEL: 8.3 inches
MSEG: 6”
Averaged EG: 5.75

I have taken steps to make my extender more comfortable. I use a vacuum type rod extender, which becomes painful below the glans after about two hours. The vacuum head edge buries itself into the skin right below the glans, on the top side of my unit. I have not found anyone else writing about this problem, or any solutions.

To be able to up my median hours to ten or twelve hours, I’d like to be able to wear it for 5-6 hours at a stretch without having to reapply it too often.

I have found a method which allows me to do this. I bought a roll of tegaderm. This is a thin film which breathes and is skin friendly. I apply a small amount of this to the problem area. Testing it now as I write this. Going on 4 hours without any pain! Hopefully this tip will help someone else with the same issues.

Also, everyone should build up to wearing the extender for long hours. I do not recommend wearing it for this many hours before you have plenty of experience with how the extender feels on your unit. I started from 15-30 minute sets in my first weeks.

At the base of the extender I use some soft medical pads, to avoid pain where the extender base connects with the scrotum and the pelvic bone. I use some scissors to cut a plus sign (+) into them and thread it on my unit before I apply the extender for a set. This has removed the contact pain for me.

I am currently extending at about 900 grams, and doing well. It feels like I am in the growth zone. I started out with too much tension the first 1000 hours, and am scaling down now due to it. The extender scale marks were showing the wrong tension levels. I recommend that everyone checks the actual tension output of their extender using a kitchen scale or similar. I thought I were using 900 grams, but I were actually applying 1100 -1200 grams.

I will update on my progress every 500 hours.

Thank you to everyone for contributing to this awesome forum.

But your like me and just need to cut down that fat pad.

I’m at 8.5 BPEL but on 7nbp and it looks lame to me so overall health is a good thing to keep in mind.

Hey, and thanks brother.

Sorry for the late reply. I were checking in to update on my progress and saw this.

You are totally right. I have a severe fat pad, but also a bad case of congenital turkey neck / webbing. This causes some serious “tenting” at the base. Overall it cheats me of about 1.5 inches depending on how strictly I measure NBPEL. I’m not fit, but not terribly overweight either.

I’m aiming to lose some weight, although I’ve had this for as long as I can remember. Even when I were competing in sports and fit. I’m actually considering surgery for this in the future, but I want to get further along my PE journey first.

1500 hours in the extender now! I started back up in early July. I took a break during the summer after I wrote the initial post. Hopefully this helped reset me a little and prime me for further gains.

I will measure again in early October. I have managed to get longer sets and more hours. I aim for 2x6 (=12) hours at around 6-900 grams of force. I average about 8h per day, with a day missed here and there.

I’m considering adding a set of pumping during the day, as I’ve read that this has helped the gains of some extender users. I might try this in october.

To get so many hours in extending, I do wear it at work. Wearing the extender in the upwards position under a pair of jogger pants, with a singlet under my shirt has helped conceal it while making the wear more comfortable.

I still have some trouble every other day with pain below the glans after a few hours of wear. Some days I don’t. I’m still unsure of the cause, but I suspect it has to do with vacuum and entry method to the chamber (vacuum extender).

Still learning.

My first milestone is 3000 hours. I won’t give up on that 10”!

Keep me honest.

Penimaster Pro: I found my sweet spot

It took me almost 1600 hours to find the right setup for me. I will summarize my experience with some tips below, as I see other users looking for answers. Some of these tips I’ve learned from other users and applied, and others I have found through trial and error. Or a combination of the two. I’ve ranked them in order of importance to me:

1) Check the extender tension using a kitchen scale or similar.

Recommended tension from experienced users is 6-900 grams. My markings were off by 2-300 grams. I now gain better and faster than I did at the higher tensions, and I find it much more comfortable.

2) Find the right sluice and diaphragm combination through rigorous experimentation. Include vacuum and tension levels in these experiments.

I tried all imaginable combinations of sluices and diaphragm sizes before I landed on my current setup (large sluice and diaphragm).

For the first few months I used the medium sluice. The pain became unbearable after 1.5-2 hours. I suspected it was too large. Turns out it was too tight. I can now wear it almost indefinitely, and need to remind myself to check up on it.

This is key to long wearing sessions for me, and very important to be able to reach my lofty goals.

3) Use as little vacuum as possible. Also, use the appropriate level of vacuum.

In order for my combination of sluice and diaphragm to work, I need to pump the ball once fully, then another pump squeezing 1/3 of the way.

No more, no less. My glans is locked in the chamber, it does not slide, move or fall off, and it is not so much vacuum that it causes me pain.

4) On the first ball pump, leave a little (very slight) wiggle room.

This allows you to blow air into the diaphragm (bulge it outwards) and remove air that might be trapped between the sluice and diaphragm before mounting the chamber.

This lets you avoid horrible blisters that this can cause.

5) Protect your glans completely (except the urethra) with skin friendly, non-residue tape.

This will protect you from the vacuum blistering that the device can cause.

I use a type of micropore tape. Before applying the tape, engorge your glans fully. Then, let the glans return to normal size before your mount the chamber.

6) Use some protection below the base of the unit, to avoid contact pain where the base meets the scrotum.

I use some medical compress / soft medical pads, 10x10 cm. I cut an X in the middle and thread it on before putting on the device. This has removed any contact pain / burning for me.

7) If you were the extender upwards under clothing, apply protection on the base of the unit.

I had pain where the penis presses against the base of the device in the upwards position when I wore it under clothing.

I used a combination of the compresses in 6) and tape to soften the base where the penis meets the device.

Progress Update: 2700 hours

Life happens and I were forced to take a break after my previous post.

My problems with discomfort has resurfaced after I began extending again in March of this year. I manage about 2-3 hours before having to take it off for a break and reapply.

However, I am getting by ok doing this even though I’d love to fix this problem for good.

I have also stopped all wrapping due to some mild skin irritation. I experienced this irritation more often after an apparent change in the adhesion gel formula by the supplier. It seems more watery and thin now than my previously purchased batches.

So far no wrapping is working out ok.

I have gained roughly 1/2 inch in BPEL so far in total. I know this is slower than the gains reported by many other users (1 inch when approaching 2000 hours).

So far none to negligible gains in girth. My glans appear slightly larger, which is a nice bonus.

I am unsure why I am gaining at a slower rate than what appears common among other users, but I am sticking to my routine and hopefully gains will continue. I have experienced increases in my flaccid lately which I view as a promising sign.

The flaccid increase happened after I increased the tension back up to about 1100 grams (from about 900 grams before).

I now average between 7 and 8 hours per day. Including a handful of days with 0 hours since march. Some days I reach 10-12 hours.

My first goal is to continue till October, which should see me approaching 3300-3500 hours depending on how many hours I can squeeze in / how comfortable I can make the experience.

Have you dropped completely on manuals?

Thanks for the reply!

I stopped doing manuals when I began extending actively. Reason being that I thought extending would bring steady results by itself over time if I committed the hours necessary.

I did not experience much results with just manuals alone.

Do you think adding manuals could be beneficial?

If so, do you have any tips on how much would be appropriate in conjunction with extending?

Exercises complement and invigorate each other. Not that solo exercises won’t bring any progress, it is that we can safely add a second strain and speed up the process.

Stretching and jelqing is the classic and most known combination.

First you got to find out which exercise is more comfortable for you. Then is a matter of dosing the intensity and duration to stimulate growth and to not hit an earlier plateau.

I will give that a go. Perhaps the linear newbie routine. Beginning slowly and working my way back up again.

Thank you!

Caught a new blister two days ago. Will have to take a few more days off.

A bit of a shame since I felt like gains were coming my way.

This is my third time catching blisters even while being very careful about getting the air out of the diaphragm. Seems like wrapping is the only way for me to avoid them.

Will use this time to work on my kegels and research better wrapping methods.

Maybe I’ll do a new BPEL measurement as well. I’ve been tracking myself using BPFSL only lately.

Sounds all good. One thing I’ve done since getting my latest extender was to thread my scrotum and shaft through the base. I find it very comfortable and has an additional bonus of letting my scrotum hang further!

Interesting! I have not thought about that possibility before. I will give it a go when I am healed and ready to extend again.

Thank you for the tip :)

Healed up and back at it

Today I started extending again after a two week break due to a vacuum blister. It has healed up nicely, and I am hopeful that the next 1000 hours will give me some gains.

I am back to trying a little bit higher tension than I have used the past 5 months - about 1100 grams.

Did you try putting your entire unit in the extender yet?

Bad luck

I did attempt this briefly today. At first try it seemed my extender base is a bit too tight for me to get it on all the way due to fat pad and skin.

Sadly, I managed to get yet another blister in a different spot in my 4th hour today. Seems I will be out of commission at least one more week.

Will give it another go when I am healed back up.

I will research new wrapping methods as well.
