Hi guys, I came to share something that will probably make me change my routine a little. I first experienced doing a 40 minute jelq, which is a longer time than I am used to, and with more full handshakes, close to 30 minutes my unit was swollen in a way that it has never been before, it really was very impressive . at first glance I thought it was just the skin near the tip that was swollen, which I had already happened to with stretching, especially stretching after a jelq session, but this type of swelling on the skin due to stretching by ads scares me a little because the unit is deformed and I believe it is not very safe if it stays that way, but that happened a long time ago. but going back to this experience I just did… I really found a way that can be very good for me, so I’m going to try to continue to achieve these results at the end of the days, after the stretches with the improvised ads, it was really impressive. with this type of effect, I think it will be very good to work with thickness, and it will also give a gigantic upgrade to the work in length.

as a means of illustrating for others, my unit looked very much like using a bathmate, swollen all over, with no bumps and swelling of the skin.

what would you recommend me ?

Hey guys, I was thinking about making an adjustment to my routine. currently my routine is based on using an improvised ADS (similar to what is found here on the forum), for as long as I can during the day, of course, I have rest periods between stretches. however, I wanted some more intense way to stretch my member, at least before my jelq session, which I do once a day at the end of it. what would you recommend me? since I’m no longer a newbie to PE.

one more question out of curiosity, which stretching technique do you consider more effective or intense?
