I have been reading alot about combining pumping and natural pe to cement and acheive permanent gains and have adopted a routine based on this theory per merlin’s post on page 7 of this forum. Could anybody post their experiences and variations on this type of pe? I would also appreciate any input on my routine which goes like this… 10 minute rice sock warm up,manual stretching for about 2minutes each direction,5minutes manual jelqing @2secs./jelq, 5minutes power jelq @4secs./jelq.At this point my penis is pumped from jelqing and ready for the vacuumpump. Ipump at moderate pressure so that i can feel tissue expansion and lig stress for 5-7 minutes then immediately follow with a 2 minute massage ,2or3 uli squeezes for 15 sec. intervals,then power jelq both horizontally and vertically for 5-7 minutes,then pump again.I do this for 4 sets following the last set with a 5 sec. uli sqeeze with the power jelq then pull a 4 sec.jelq for a duration of about 10 minutes. After this I do a 5 min. massage concentrating on the lig on top for 2min. and finish with a proper warm down for 10 min. with the rice sock. This is a five days on two off routine that I have started over the last week. The initial results look promising but one thing I would like to know is if this is a proven theory of pe, am I cementing minute gains on a daily basis or are gains only cemented at certain times of penile fatigue after a period of time? Should I also consider a light all day stretch or traction wrap for length gains?

I think you are probably giving yourself a more thorough work-out than some of us do and if it’s comfortable for you (no aches or pains) it’s a good program.

Nearly every aspect of PE is theoretical. I haven’t seen any really scientific studies, PE being pretty much unknown territory plus there being still quite a bit of public scepticism. We here know that PE does work with sense and persistance. The foggy area is that one specific exercise does not work for every user, one reason why you see so much experimentation reported here and in other forums.

When/how cementing occurs also remains mysterious. My guess is that repeated exercises encourage cell division. Cell division of course occurs constantly whether we exercise our dicks or not through PE. However the repetition of PE does in some way cause us to gradually add new flesh. It’s probably happening mostly during rest periods or sleep, restimulated by the next workout.

There’s a benefit, I think, to some sort of post work-out wrap but the results for me are tied to flaccid increase rather than erect gain. I gained nearly 2.5 inches erect but no substantial flaccid increase until I started using first a cock/ball strap after PE, then the velcro wrist strap that perforeal suggests in his thread here at PF. Since doing this I’ve had very satisfying flaccid gain, proportional to my current erect size. So I’d say go for it, especially if you want to hang heavier flaccid.
