Or there abouts, In the last couple of months I have measure from 6.8-7.1 BPEL x 5.2-5.4

I am and will be doing multiple searches as my routine develops from the basic, I have noticed in several threads that people don’t get why anyone wouldn’t be happy with 7” So, I thought I would share whilst asking questions.

Why PE?
Simply put, I used to be much bigger, Long stints of ill health, depression and misery have lost me more than two inches I think over ten years. One girl did measure me at ten inches 15 years ago but I don’t think that was accurate at all.
I have been for the last year or so reclaiming my health and mindset and PE is a natural extension of that mindset. I want my youthful stallion size back, and to be as healthy as I was back then.

I bought a penomet last month and am on the blacks now. My routine looks something like this.
Bath>
Coconut oil jelq, light stretch and warm up. After bath warms me for 5 minutes. For five minutes.
10-15mins black
Jelq 5 minutes
Light stretch
Black 10-15 minutes
BC/PC x 20x50 during each black gaiter session

I did notice more girth and a meatier feeling in the first few weeks of a slighter lighter work out whilst getting used to it. That seems to have tapered off a touch now that I have warmed up so to speak.

So, questions
Going by the newb routine, I think it’s a good idea to boost the Jelq and BC’s and drop the Pump time, so that’s really the next step I think for me. It seems more in line with the newb routine guide anyway.
Any suggestions welcome..

Q, In the meatier flaccid state after a session, do you just leave that hanging or use a warm down or light routine to remove the extra blood a bit?
I haven’t noticed anything like this being suggested in my searches so far.

Q Because searches omit numbers and few people type their numbers I have not found any reference material for expected gains etc in the Seven inch range. So asking anyone else who started at 7” How much progress would you say is average for say eight months PE.
I am looking a realistic goal size for a holiday in approx 8 months..

I drink and smoke but hoping to get off both for the holiday too, which I hope is going to boost immune response and thus gains also..

Can’t think of anything else to say now.

Warm down tend to stimulate the flaccid hang, because heat increases the blood flow locally. Light routine could do this same effect and you could face the chance to overtrain your penis, so both of this is of the table, in your case.

Swelling is unavoidable and a clear sign that “work” is being done and that growth is most likely to happen, but if you want to diminish this post-effect, try some edging or cool down wraps (use of low temperatures for 2 minutes tops).

Since we all react differently to an stimulus and each system has his own “speed” to recovery and repairing, we can only guess about how much and for how long will take.

8 months is short time in PE world, barely enough to get yourself conditioned to advanced exercises.

To your first question: The meatier flaccid state is encouraged. Warming down is a suggested thing however if you are meatier, the extra engorgement is seen as good and preserves expansion which will help you see gains faster. “Removing extra blood” in my opinion seems counterproductive and that’s probably why it hasn’t come up in your searches.

To your second question: Expected gains are not really dependent on starting size. Since people and how they do routines varies so much (you’re the first user to start with a Penomet I’ve seen) there’s no real expected gains range that can be applied other than some loose correlations to age, with early 20s gaining more than the other age groups and it tapering downwards the later in life you start. But even that doesn’t really give you an idea of what you’ll get. It’s about diligence and not overdoing it, which few users figure out soon enough. So…can’t really give a guesstimate. I’ve seen guys in the first 8 months gain an inch or nothing.

I’d kick smoking as soon as possible as well.

Take some starting photos and measure and then start a physical notebook. You’ll wonder about all of this in your 8th month and notes and pics will help you compare and remember your starting size.
