Hi, this is my first post, I would like to start thanking everyone for participating in this community, you guys are amazing.

After about one month of doing PE, I want to share my results, I will advance that I’m surprised with the results.

I don’t register changes lesser than half centimeter, so maybe in some I have improve something else, but not much more. My initials measurements were (first in centimeters, then in inches):

Date: 04 May

BPEL: 14cm / 5.5"

MSEG: 13cm / 5.1"

BPFL: 9cm / 3.5"

And my evolution after one month have been (I did two measurements):

Date: 24 May - 06 June

BPEL: 14.5cm / 5.7" - 15cm / 5.9"

MSEG: 13cm / 5.1" - didn’t measure

BPFL: 9.5cm / 3.7" - 9.5cm / 3.7"

I don’t care much about girth gains but length gains, I’m happy with my girth, if it grows good, if it doesn’t good too; so I’m not tracking it with so much attention.

I’m very happy with the results I have seen, honestly one part of my head was telling me this would not work for me, but it did!

My initial goal was to achieve 16cm / 6.3", but after seeing how well this is working I’m changing it to 17cm / 6.7", but I will call it a succes if I hit 16, actually it is already a success for me.

I have been doing more or less the newbie routine: 5 mins hot wrap, 10 mins stretching, 10 mins jelqing, 5 mins hot wrap. For warm up I use hot water and some tissue. I mostly do dry jelqs, but I cannot do as many as said in the newbie routine, I do like 120 per session, and I focus more on quality rather than quantity.

I did an scheme of 5 days on 2 days off. I have stopped sometimes due to getting bruises, I usually get red dots after a session(I don’t stop because of this), and I have had some bruises but not many, when I get a bruise I stop until it fades away, so you could say in this month I have done around 3 weeks of effective work.

About me: I’m 27 and fit (not super fit, but I work out regularly).
