Hi, this is my first post, I would like to start thanking everyone for participating in this community, you guys are amazing.

After about one month of doing PE, I want to share my results, I will advance that I’m surprised with the results.

I don’t register changes lesser than half centimeter, so maybe in some I have improve something else, but not much more. My initials measurements were (first in centimeters, then in inches):

Date: 04 May

BPEL: 14cm / 5.5”

MSEG: 13cm / 5.1”

BPFL: 9cm / 3.5”

And my evolution after one month have been (I did two measurements):

Date: 24 May - 06 June

BPEL: 14.5cm / 5.7” - 15cm / 5.9”

MSEG: 13cm / 5.1” - didn’t measure

BPFL: 9.5cm / 3.7” - 9.5cm / 3.7”

I don’t care much about girth gains but length gains, I’m happy with my girth, if it grows good, if it doesn’t good too; so I’m not tracking it with so much attention.

I’m very happy with the results I have seen, honestly one part of my head was telling me this would not work for me, but it did!

My initial goal was to achieve 16cm / 6.3”, but after seeing how well this is working I’m changing it to 17cm / 6.7”, but I will call it a succes if I hit 16, actually it is already a success for me.

I have been doing more or less the newbie routine: 5 mins hot wrap, 10 mins stretching, 10 mins jelqing, 5 mins hot wrap. For warm up I use hot water and some tissue. I mostly do dry jelqs, but I cannot do as many as said in the newbie routine, I do like 120 per session, and I focus more on quality rather than quantity.

I did an scheme of 5 days on 2 days off. I have stopped sometimes due to getting bruises, I usually get red dots after a session(I don’t stop because of this), and I have had some bruises but not many, when I get a bruise I stop until it fades away, so you could say in this month I have done around 3 weeks of effective work.

About me: I’m 27 and fit (not super fit, but I work out regularly).

Just out of curiosity..if you’re happy with your girth, why be called smallthickness?

I was thinking something like it has thickness, but it is small. But yeah, I can see how it can confuse people.

As a side note, I was surprised when I discovered that my girth is in the high percentile because I never thought my unit was thick, so that’s why I decided to include it in the name.

BPEL: 15.5cm / 6.1”

MSEG: 13.5cm / 5.3”

BPFL: 10cm / 3.9”

I have continued doing the same exercises, and I plan to continue while they keep working.

Not very sure about the flaccid length since now the weather is warmer. The girth is rounded, it wasn’t totally measuring .5 but it was definitely very close.

You aren’t small. Have to get that into your big head or you’ll never be satisfied. I’m working on that myself.

Now: BPFSL 7.5" NBPEL 7.0" MSEG 5.0"

Goal 8" NBPEL 6" MSEG

Man, I was here a bit upset, I’m on the third day of the beginner routine, I restarted and I’m using IR for warm-up. My head is between giving up and not giving up. Seeing your results I got excited. 0.5 cm is a lot in our context. Tears descend this time.

I don’t think like that anymore, I was slightly below average, and now I’m around average, I’m very happy with the results. As I said before I don’t really want a super big dick, if I continue progressing this way I will stop PE soon since I will achieve my goals.

Also, I don’t understand how you being 7” NBPEL can feel small.. You are huge my dude! Keep working towards your goals, but you are already very big.

Since I started it is actually 1.5cm longer! In around 2 months, maybe you progress at a different pace, so do not take my example like a bible (maybe even faster).

But yes, 1.5cm make a really big difference, I feel much bigger now, to the point I have been even surprised on how it looks in the mirror.

So keep working my man, my only regret toward PE is to not have started before, very happy with the results!
