I’ve been aware of P.E. For many years. Every so often I come back and read progress reports and admire the progress many of you here have made. Every time I think “I wish I started x months ago” - and then return to complacency. I imagine if I started at any point from discovering Thunder’s up until today I would finally be happy with my member. So, no more regrets. No more wondering. Even if I see no results I will be content with the fact I tried. I will approach this with method, caution, and most importantly patience. My dream is to look back many months from now and relish how much I’ve grown. This is a marathon and one simply needs to begin.

Starting with basically the Newbie Routine for a month. 3 days on 1 day off. Measurements every 2 weeks. Sparse updates when I feel the need.

DAY 1

Measurements:
EL - 5.4”
BPEL - 5.9”
FL - 3.7”
BPFL - 4.3”
Mid-shaft Girth - 5.5”

GOAL
BPEL - 6.5”
Mid-shaft Girth - 5.5”

DAY 2
30seconds x 9 directions stretching.
Felt good and relatively intuitive. Getting the grip below the glans was hard because my head is thinner than midshaft.
Will need to use a tighter grip but must acclimate.

Still learning and adjusting to jelqing. No post-jelq sensations whatsoever - might mean there was no effect. Will increase grip tightness next session.
100 dry jelqs

DAY 3

Done

Stretched everyday but did not do jelqs. Had people around so difficult to find a time to do P.E.
Need more accountability.

Restarting with full noob routine today.

Stretching only is ok in the beginning. Heat is important. If you have no time for all these devices than I advice you to heat under the shower and stretch afterwards.

Thats the way I do it and I am fine with it. In the beginning it makes sense to measure often to get a feeling what works for you and what is a waste of time.

You have to work around the realities of life-in-general. The time investment in PE is considerable, and most people have to deal with privacy issues as well. Sometimes Stuff Happens. The trick is making allowance for circumstances without giving up completely.

Even if you do three minutes in the shower, you’ve done *something* to show you haven’t been a slacker.

Whatever it takes brother. Got to get it in.
On days where I have to go to the office I get up 2 hrs earlier just to get extender time. Then wear it on the train to and back, that’s another 2x30mins, etc.
If you know you’re going to have people over you need to incorporate your PE prior.
Where theres a will theres a way.
