How many have gotten gains simply from manual PE?

I’d like to know roughly what percentage of members have actually achieved gains in length from stretching, jelqs and whatnot, alone. I read around here, that if you really want to make gains in length you have to move to weights. It seems the manual stuff only really works on girth. I’m not so keen on the idea of hanging weights from my dick, I keep getting the image of my dick snapping off like an elastic band lol :chuckle: .

I don’t know if I should expect to make much gains in length with manual exercises alone. It would be good to hear the experiences of the vets on this one.

A lot of people make good length gains from manual PE.

A lot of guys go for about 3 months or more using just manual stretching and jelqing and that is how they get their initial gains and confidence that PE works. That is how I got hooked. After that some continue with the same routine and some expand their routine to use different types of jelqing and squeezing, hanging, pumping or clamping and the list goes on.

It’s nice to get a good 3 month base of the basics under your belt to fully condition your cock and get a feel for how you what to move forward, say for instance concentrating on length or girth. But the basic stretch and jelq is tried and true and does do the job.

I dont use any weights or anything else, I just use my hands and have gone up 1.5 in length and 1.2 inches in girth in 2 years. Yeah its been a litle slow but it is all worth.

P.S Enlargement is also about blood flow, change your diet to include more fiber and exercise regularly and that will hepl your gains also.

Those are some really good gains, holl2007. I’ve been jelqing for around 1 year and I’ve gotten around 3/8 -1/2” in girth and 1/4” in ebpl. The flaccid size has really increased. Now I’m switching up my routine to mostly stretching - 20 minute sets once or twice a day with a few minutes of jelqs just to restore circulation. Hope I can have another 1 - 1.5” gain in EL in 2 years. Hey holl, can you tell us your routine?

I just stretch for about 20 min and do hard jelqs for 30 min. I do it all under hot water in the shower(I take two a day and have a high ass water bill.) Also I exercise more and eat a lot better than I did 2 years ago. Now I didn’t lose any fat pad because I am one of those people that add no weight no matter what I eat but my blood flow has been better. Also I take more rest days than before and those have helped my gains more than anything.

Wow, I’m very impressed holl, all on manual PE too. With regards to your jelqing, how hard are you when you do it? There’s a bit of debate over this one I think, some think it’s best done when soft, others when almost fully erect.

Incidentally, which strecthes do you do? Have you kept basically the same routine over the two years?

I have done strictly manual: jelqing and stretching, for just going on one year, and I’ve made great gains in both length and girth. Why change what works?

Russ, if you have no gains yet, you need to up the intensity.

I do when flaccid up until I am hard then let i go down and start all over again

I have gained .5 inch in length and girth from jelq’s and manual streches in two months.

I have gained about 0.8-1” in length and about 0.2” in girth in 4 months.

My routine was wet jelqing on flaccid to semi erect state. 30mins a day, 5-6days a week. Some stretching, some ULI #3. And a bit others.

Holl, Im curious, how many rest days are you taking now?
