Rough Road

I decided to just mix up my routine. I just like it better. I prefer to judge intensity than time or reps. I judge how much to do based on PI and sensations I get.
I like to jelq at minimal 50 times each session. Manual or devices
On manual sessions I jelq probably 150 overhand n grip.
Additional 50 gripping the base and c grip each hand.
10x 30 second soft clamps. So 5 min.
15 5 second kegels
Stretch about 5 minutes 15-20 second holds rotating what stretch.
10 minutes edging from 50 percent to 80-100. I like to get soft and go back to being in more blood. I usually do kegels and clamps in this.
I stretch first. Then rotate the rest
I feel like this brings me to 60-80 percent intensity. Right where I want to be for 3-1 routine. Some times I feel it’s light and do another rotation of excersizes. Sometimes I know I’m having sex later and go lighter.

For devices I like to.
Stretch 5 minutes
Jelq 25 times
Pump 3-5hg for 8-10 minutes
Jelq 20 times then edge for 2 up and down erections and heat for 5 minutes
Then maybe I’ll pump depending how it feels again. But I usually don’t. Not a big fan of pumping. Digs too much in my pelvic region and comes out purple. I prefer clamping I feel I get better expansion. But I’m not ready to fully X out pumping.
I then clamp 2-3 sets of 6-8 minutes.
I start out with the clamp tight to my limit. For like 2 minutes then loosen a notch and edge and loosen another and edge until it’s too loose to do anything. I usually loosen 3-4 notches making my time limit.
Then single hand he’ll like 10 times each and heat for 5. Then continue clamp sets.
I feel this brings my intestity 70-90 percent. Clamping is more intense than jelqing for me.
I get good expansion with both of these and good flaccid hang for the day. My erections tend to be harder. My CC fill up very well and my penis gets wide. The CS isn’t always as full which is what changes my girth measurement.

Writing these 2 posts as they will probably be my last 2 for a few months. I need a break from all my internet outlets. They are starting to wear negatively on my mental health. I am getting obsessive with getting back to my original state prior to being hurt. And it includes with my physical fitness and pain management. And it’s spiraling me back down.

I may pop in I may not. Got a lot going on personal life that needs my full attention. I’m going to continue the 2 routines I have listed above. And decon a week or two.

I’m losing the enjoyment of the journey and just looking at the end goal like I won’t be happy until I’m back to my own “personal record”.

Also I jelq with Vaseline because it creates a better glide for your hands which allows u to grip tighter without squeezing to hard. I feel everyone should try Vaseline and compare it to your current wet method and see if it gives more leeway with a hard grip. May be a good thing for beginners to start with to lessen chances of injury.

2 week progress:
Length now hits over the 3/8 mark steadily
Girth is now consistently over 7/8 Mark unlike last measurement time.
Max sizes are still the same but consistency is going up.
Penis feels more dense and heavier
Majority EQ 90 erection angle is rising.

When I clamp I don’t really get girth expansion. It stays where it is with 100 percent erection. But my length expands by like 3/4 inch. How the hell do I make it expand out instead of up?

Time in the clamp (not actually the time of the set of your clamp, but over time of clamping) and perfecting it and your technique will increase the expansion abilities.

In the past 2 weeks.

Expansion has been shit lately. I haven’t been able to really get any in clamping. After a workout I return to normal flaccid size fairly quickly. And workouts have had no affect on morning wood.

These aren’t anything crucial. Just indicators that it is time for a break. I am a few days out of 4 months straight. And will be taking a 2-6 week break.

During the 4 months I did 2.5 months of newbies 2 on 1 off. Then 1.5 months clamping pumping every other or 2-1 depending on soreness. Probably went to hard to quick. But a decon should help.

Measured today at

6.5NBP 7.25BP

12.6cm girth. I like girth in cm so I can be more exact.

This was at 80 percent EQ.

I’ll measure in 2 weeks and be follow up.

All I will be doing is sex with the wife. Some slight edging with kegels. Piss pulls and some random squeezes during the day. Hopefully this lets me decon and minimizes the losses

I am nervous that if I don’t at least edge and kegel a little then I’ll lose my EQ again and be right back to square one.
My nerve damage in my back and pelvis isn’t healed and I don’t want that to affect my EQ again.
Prior to doing Pe doctors told me the nerve damage is always going to cause ED issues but 60 percent is enough to have sex so be happy.
Nervous to go back to that state again. Not even the blue pill helped then.

I’m going to abstain from doing anything and will just monitor my EQ.

Frequent sex should keep you right where you need to be. Keep foreplay high and see it as edging while pleasuring your wife.

Still here. Been taking a Decon since 1/14. Going to go til this Monday 2/18

So far lost .5cm in each direction. EQ is still always over 80.
