I decided to just mix up my routine. I just like it better. I prefer to judge intensity than time or reps. I judge how much to do based on PI and sensations I get.
I like to jelq at minimal 50 times each session. Manual or devices
On manual sessions I jelq probably 150 overhand n grip.
Additional 50 gripping the base and c grip each hand.
10x 30 second soft clamps. So 5 min.
15 5 second kegels
Stretch about 5 minutes 15-20 second holds rotating what stretch.
10 minutes edging from 50 percent to 80-100. I like to get soft and go back to being in more blood. I usually do kegels and clamps in this.
I stretch first. Then rotate the rest
I feel like this brings me to 60-80 percent intensity. Right where I want to be for 3-1 routine. Some times I feel it’s light and do another rotation of excersizes. Sometimes I know I’m having sex later and go lighter.
For devices I like to.
Stretch 5 minutes
Jelq 25 times
Pump 3-5hg for 8-10 minutes
Jelq 20 times then edge for 2 up and down erections and heat for 5 minutes
Then maybe I’ll pump depending how it feels again. But I usually don’t. Not a big fan of pumping. Digs too much in my pelvic region and comes out purple. I prefer clamping I feel I get better expansion. But I’m not ready to fully X out pumping.
I then clamp 2-3 sets of 6-8 minutes.
I start out with the clamp tight to my limit. For like 2 minutes then loosen a notch and edge and loosen another and edge until it’s too loose to do anything. I usually loosen 3-4 notches making my time limit.
Then single hand he’ll like 10 times each and heat for 5. Then continue clamp sets.
I feel this brings my intestity 70-90 percent. Clamping is more intense than jelqing for me.
I get good expansion with both of these and good flaccid hang for the day. My erections tend to be harder. My CC fill up very well and my penis gets wide. The CS isn’t always as full which is what changes my girth measurement.
