It sounds kind of intense but if your conditioned enough it may work well. I’ve been pumping and clamping about four days a week. When I clamp I always edge to stay hard and I’m finally seeing the pumped up results last into the next day. Unfortunately next week the whole fam is home and privacy will be an issue. I think you should base it on what you feel you can handle and go from there. That’s what I do with my routine. If there’s any discomfort I stop for the day.

Kings, I’m thinking keep the same routine I’m doing. Not daily. Like every other or 2 on 1 off. I’m very cautious with the intensity I’m thinking like building stage then a break down then a recovery. Same concept I used for powerlifting. Supplementation and nutrition and cardio excersises play a large part in this. But this is blood chambers not a muscle. Although the tunica is a muscle I’m just not sure it functions the same.

Bwilliams. I think the whole point of doing PE was to increase how content you are with self image. And I think some get lost with the want for more and more. Just helps me having a good support team, the wife. Keeps my head on track.

So I just read your thread for the first time Scubes, and I want to say, iam very happy for you. As a fellow man that is 27, who has had very bad back and neck issues, I can partially relate to your troubles.

Your dialed man, looks like you have done your research and now your focused. Stay on it, don’t let the dark days affect consistency, which shouldn’t be an issue for you due to the resilience powerlifting and such has instilled in you.

Your marriage will only get better and better, and it’s very warm to hear how happy you and your wife have become. I’m glad you can fill that void.

All I will say, since iam a health guru, is to stay healthy brother. Eat clean, stretch your body, and keep moving. Maintain blood flow. Pain is better then sickness. Don’t let your pain stop you from moving. Your thread was a pleasant read.

Thank you very much I am a health nut as well. Atleast with my physical body maybe not so much my nutrition.

Blood flow seems to be the biggest thing for my growth and health. Like taking supplements that enhance blood flow will make me get random boners again. And give me consistently good EQ.

I think blood flow should be the main focus as blood is the transport system that keeps the body healthy. Removes toxins and brings nutrients.

Keep up the good work as well brother.

Thanks my man. And yes I agree, blood flow is everything. With a healthy blood flow comes positive outcomes within the whole body. People die because of blood flow issues wether it’s the pressure, plaque build up, lack of, or anything else.

Best thing you can do for any positive physical and even mental results is to ensure proper blood flow, then make sure your blood is filled with nutrients (nutrition). Winning combo.

Reflection: initial 3 months. I started 9/19
My first set of measurement I took my best number I could get. And have since then. I was not at peace with my inconsistency and used the best number to try and avoid thinking about it.
But now I have learned that’s me and I need to take the most frequent number to really be accurate. So if you read my thread my numbers may change.

I am still inconsistent but the range has gone down from over half an inch to about a quarter inch in girth. And down to about half an inch in length vs the 1.5 inches it was. One of my initial goals was to be consistent and have one size penis. I feel I am pretty much there with these small fluctuations. And also my CC are very solid when erect. Feels like the CS and ligament still don’t harden all the way. So my wife notices it’s a lot harder and firmer cause the CC.

And on top of the range getting closer. It has also gone up on the ruler from 5-6.25 in length to 6.25-6.75. And then 4.25-4.65 to 4.85-5.1 in girth.
So I think PE has been a success for me. So I guess my newbie gains are .5 NBP x .25 MEG.

My goals for 2019 are to be 7-7.25NBP x 5.125-5.3MEG. And consistent sex at 100EQ. Those are big goals as they are my end goals. But I am ready to put in the work. Basically another set of the exact same gains.

Just finished reading it. Thanks for sharing. It’s great for inspiration. I’ve struggled with ED too, from an early age. I’m 29 and due to PE, I get the best erections that I ever have due to pumping/extending, but have no idea about biology (or even if that’s what you call it) nor have I had the willpower for healthy choices. I’m toned and fit due to work though.

What sort of diet would you recommend? What are some foods/supplements do you think are essential in regards to PE and ED? I was taking L-arginine, which seemed to initially have an amazing effect, and also cutting and toning other muscles, haven’t taken it in a month as I didn’t see much effect anymore, but I also was on a PE break for 2 months. Also, do you have a rest day for supplements?

I think a balanced diet consisting of a good amount of protein.

Animal stak cause it’s for blood flow increase and enzyme reproduction and natural test boost. You could probably piece together things for cheaper but I am lazy and rather spend. A little more for A complete solution.

LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER

Water is the transport for nutrients in and toxins out.

Lower your sugar. Sugar gives week erections. That includes liquid sugars as well.

Lower caffeine as it makes EQ lower.

No nicotine as it stunts growth and lowers blood flow.

I have probably an alcoholic drink or 2 each night. There are mixed views on if hat helps or has negative impact. Certainly I don’t care I like to have them.

Less processed food as they contain sugars and fats that lower blood flow.

I think that sums it up. If you want you can google search 15 super foods and there’s a chart that shows them. Try to incorporete atleast one of those a day.

Agree with almost everything you said. Not sure about caffeine tho.

It’s a peripheral vasodilator and i use it regurarly even before my routine ,i don’t know but it seems to help.

I have seen very mixed things with caffeine. And honesty I can’t say what it has done for myself cause I changed many factors at once.

Thanks mate. Good info. I will research the animal stak and see how it goes. I’m always paying for convenience and if it’s an all inclusive supplement then that’s what I’ll get.

I consume way too much sugar/caffeine. Although my erection probelms started way before my bad choices. I’ve seen gains but wonder if cutting it down would help.

Basically I’m disciplined in my approach to PE, except one of the main factors, diet, so thanks for the advice.

I started to adjust my diet and fix it prior to doing PE and that alone I saw a lot of gains. But it wasn’t enough to get me back to how I am now. So I added PE to it.
