Road to 6in NBPEL - My Progress Report

Hello everyone, i’m taking advantage of the fact that we’re all in quarantine and finally decided to start my P.E journey, i’ve been doing it for 4 weeks already, in this thread i’ll post my current routine, ask questions (since i’m a newbie) and post my progress here. I’m 23 years old, from Brazil.

Day 03/19/2020: First Newbie Routine Day
5 min warm up with heat pad
30 seconds stretches (down, up, left, right)
120 jelqs
5 min warm down
50 kegels

Day 03/26/2020: Second Week
I added BTC Stretches 2x 30 seconds each.
Added reverse kegels to my routine that i do right after the regular kegels, i’m doing that because after some research, it looks like reverse kegels help with the premature ejaculation problem, which is something i suffer from (even tho i think my problem is due to almost no sex experience plus anxiety). I’m doing 50 each, regular and reverse kegels (still trying to work on my reverse kegels form).
In an edgind session, i noted that my penis looked bigger and with a much better erection. Could be “placebo” tho.

Day 04/02/2020: Third Week
Same as second week. No changes.

Day 04/09/2020: 4th week
After some research on the forum, i came to the conclusion that using too much pressure and force on exercises can be counter productive and also make your penis smaller and diminish your EQ (Erectile Quality). And that’s what i was experiencing, my EQ started to be very bad, i think i was using too much force on stretches and i’m going to remove the BTC Stretch since after some research it looks like it is an advanced exercise. I will also keep doing a low amount of jelqings, like 70-100 and gradually and slowly build up to 200. After discovering that my EQ was not good, i decided to take 2 rest days and today 04/15/2020 i’m coming back and i will take things slow and see if my EQ gets better.

I will update my results and experience here and also ask questions if needed, i thank you everyone in this forum in advance for sharing so much good information and being a well moderated and organized community. Wish me luck!

Some guys here started at at nearly 8 inches.

Maybe the micro guys here are too embarrassed to post? No need. You are anonymous anyway and only an a-hole would make fun of you. I would like to think that we are more mature than that.

If i was 8 inches i would never start P.E haha, but i’m 5 inches NBP, and i just can’t accept that anymore. Good luck to both of us!

As i said, i’m going light and today’s workout was with medium force stretchings and medium pressure jelqs.
Did 30 seconds of down, up, left, right, 2x. And a anticlock wise rotation 30 seconds 1x.
Did 70 wet jelqs.

Erection seems to get back to normal.

Measured and still no gains.
BPEL: 15 cm / 5.9 inches
EMSG: 11.5 cm

No changes yet.

Today’s workout felt good. I increased my warm up time and i think this brought me a more effective workout, also, is it normal for the penis to get really soft like jelly or something after the warm up? It was really soft.

I did normal stretch routine, and i increased to 40 seconds, each side and anticlock wise 2x.
And i did 110 jelqs today.
Normal and reverse kegels at the end after warm down.

Penis feeling a little sore but i guess that’s normal.

Oh, and i also fixed my “testicle skin” problem. I explain. When i jelqed, the skin from my testicles went on the way of the “milking” and it really messed my jelq form, it only happened to my right hand jelq tho, looks like i have more testicle skin on the right side. I used a scrunchie from my sister to tie my balls and it worked haha.

And I have a question, after the stretching my penis bends to the left, is this a good sign? Should i do something about it? What does this mean? I don’t want my penis to look like a boomerang.

I have a bend to the left also, so I empathize.

Unless you get surgery, you will probably never be as straight as an arrow, but you can get it straighter on your own with an extender.

I recommend the Phallosan Forte because it’s more comfortable than the other stretchers, which means that you can wear it more consistently. It will straighten but also lengthen while giving you some additional girth as well if you wear it consistently. After 6 months, you should notice a difference both in length and in straightening. You should see results for up to a year of wearing it. You should gain 1 to 2 inches in length in that time.

I would like to add that I would get started on the straightening right away before you use up your length potential. I think that you have a better chance of getting straighter the sooner that you start. Gains are not unlimited. I know that some guys think that if do PE long enough, they can eventually get a dick that drags along the floor. It doesn’t work like that. If you end up 2 inches longer, you will have done well.

Hey Amerikanisch!

Thank you for the words. Actually, my penis have an upward curve when erect (which is something i like since ppl tells you hit the g spot with this curve), it only bends to the left after i finish the stretches.

I’ll probably buy a phalosan but not for now since i’m on my first month of P.E and the forum says that an extender is for the more advanced. It makes sense, even after the workout you keep your penis extended for hours must be counterproductive for a non conditioned penis aka newbie.

I’m very interest in the extenders tho since they’re scientifically proved to increase penis size. I’ll buy one in the future. I wish the phalosan could be cheaper tho lol.

Yesterday my workout was not very efficient. I’m having some pretty bothering issues with my jelqing form.

What happens is that my scrotum is much bigger than my flaccid penis, i don’t know if i have a turkey neck (i really don’t think so because when erect theres 0% sign that i have this) but when i’m jelqing with like 50% erection, my scrotum skin gets on the way of the jelq - that onlly happens with the right hand - and the scrotum skin ends up being pulled as well, this mess up my jelq form a lot.

I would be very grateful if you guys could answer me these 2 questions:

1- What can i do to overcome this scrotum skin problem when jelqing? It is messing up my form, i tried to use a scrunchie in my scrotum and it helps in the first 5 min of the exercise, but then it starts to get loose and ends up falling off and i have to stop the jelqs in the middle of the routine to put it again, this is really messing my jelqing workout. I have zero problems with stretching, but jelqing it is being hard.

2- Is it true that we should do jelqing only using pressure on the sides of the penis? I’ve read in this forum that you should not put pressure on the front (becase of frenulum) and back of the penis, just in the sides, to avoid injury, is that correct? If so, how do i do that? I tried the “pinch” grip to only target the sides but i can’t perform a lower grip (starting the jelqing from the beggining of penis) with this pinch one, only with “ok” grip. What do i do?

Today workout’s felt good.

I now changed my jelqing grip, i’m using the V Grip now, and it’s working great i think. I changed my grip because after some research it looks like you shouldn’t do pressure on the front and back of the penis, just the sides. So i’m doing the V Grip now. And i’m also doing a “manual clamping” with the hand that i’m not using to make the stroke. According to thoughtfulgold, you should make a manual clamp at the start of the penis while you stroke to trap blood while doing jelqing. Didn’t know that.

I guess it worked because at the end of the workout my penis felt fatter. And i’m also seeing more veins, which make me very happy, every woman like a penis full of veins.

Did regular 40 seconds stretch up down left and right and anticlockwise 2x. Actually, i’m doing 60 seconds down, and 20 seconds up, because after some research i had been told that up stretching is not very useful. And since my penis is bending to the left these days, i only stretch for 15 seconds left and compensate with 65 seconds to the right. 150 Jelqs today.

Till now, no changes in size. Will measure again after 3 weeks.

Great news!

I know i said i was only going to measure again after 3 weeks but i couldn’t hold myself.

This night i measured again and my BPEL was 15.5 cm (5.9in), an increase of 0.5 cm (0.2 in), this in 1 month and 1 week of PE.

Although i think that was because i had a very good erection quality, i’m still happy. I’m only going to change my BPEL signature if i measure again for like 3 times and hit 15.5 cm again.

Also thinking about buying an infrared lamp to keep the penis warmed up DURING the entire workout.

I saw your questions in Post #8, and was going to respond, but you already answered the first one. I assume this helped control your scrotum as well.

As far as your second question, where to focus pressure while jelqing, I believe they say to focus on the sides because the sides are primarily CC. Another reason is to avoid too much pressure on top, where the dorsal vein and dorsal nerve are located. That could cause damage. Veins aren’t necessarily the focus of jelqing either. But I have shifted veins forward on my penis permanently. I personally try to push all the internal tissue forward, while making sure the dorsal vein isn’t in discomfort.

Upward curves are very cool as long as they are not too pronounced. Not only do they hit the g spot in the missionary position, they give the impression of being more aroused which is a turn-on for the female. Plus they look about as good as a straight one, in my opinion.

If my bend was up instead of to the side. I probably would not even attempt to straighten it.

It helped a bit but it still gets in the way of the jelq, i’m still trying the scrunchie.

Yeah i’m currently only making pressure on the sides with the V grip. But something that concerns me is that i have a vein that goes to the right side of the penis, i wonder if it’s a problem.

*UPDATE*
Measured again and i hit again 15.5 cm BPEL!!

So i guess it was not a very good EQ i had that other day, i’m really 15.5 cm BPEL now :) )

0.5 cm (0.2 inches) in 1 month, i’m happy.

Now looking forward for my infrared lamp to boost even more the gains by keeping the penis warmed up during the whole routine with the lamp :) .
