Alright so i’m very unmotivated right now. Things seemed to be going great in the first month, but now…

I dont know why, but i just CAN’T keep my erection for more than 5 minutes to keep jelqing, my penis just slowly starts to shrink and get smaller, i need to stop everytime to watch porn and get hard again, this is REALLY FRUSTRATING.

Also, my erections are not even close to be as hard as it was some weeks ago, and before you ask, i’m doing very light stretches and low pressure jelqings, only 15 minutes too.

My guess is that it’s because there’s 1-2 weeks that i stopped working out. Before, i was always doing bodyweight exercises at home, squats, pushups, dips, leg exercises, biceps etc… i think that because i stopped working out that made my erections weaker and my penis to not stay erect for a long time during jelqings. What do you think? Working out your body makes blood circulate through it, right?

I’m really unmotivated now. I will stop for 1 week and start working out again tomorrow and see if after this week my erection gets better and greater as it was before.

By your words and the flow it gave me while I read it, looks like you got anxiety. Anxiety when performing the exercises and after. We have anxiety when your brain releases cortisol into our body, and this hormone kills erection. And what you are doing to reverse this situation of cortisol is to see visual stimulation of pornography that is a safe place to disconnect you from your arounds and you probably love porn because if you didn’t your brain wouldn’t release dopamine to make you watch it, this way cortisol decreases and dopamine and serotonin increases, but you will have this roller coaster of hormones and is not healthy, you will probably adapt your brain to have erections only seeing porn in order to combat cortisol, this can lead to erectile dysfunction when the time to use your toll with a partner.
I recommend you to relax before the exercises, lay in your bed with your eyes closed and try to imagine what you enjoy sexually, try to get really horny, deep breaths and then proceeds to the penile exercises. This is a way of meditation.
