I have struggled for exercise consistency. I will be using this as a journal to track my improvement. Any added motivation and feedback would be appreciated.

Goal 1: Improve consistency in tracking with 2-3 exercises per week.

19-10-2019:

Yesterday I felt like I had a very good session. Did 40-60% erect jelqs for ~30 minutes while intermittently edging and squeezing. Today 20-10-2019 my penis feels warmer and slightly more engorged than normal.

Consistency is the hardest part. Do as best you can, it adds up over time. Slow and steady is the way!


Starting Feb 2019: BPEL: 7.5inch MSEG: 5inch EQ 8/10

Goal: BPEL: 8inch MSEG: 5.5inch EQ: dialed up to 11!

Tried to do another workout last night but overall it was poor. Couldn’t hold in the edging.

Penis still feels warmer, more engorged, and the skin feels softer. Taking this as a good sign.

Visiting a long term fwb tonight and try to talk to her about this. Will be challenging, feeling very insecure.

BTW: Talked to my GF about PE as well. I put the health benefits at the center of the conversation (which is my ultimate PE goal).
That went smoothly and she totally accepts it.

She still thinks it’s a little strange, as she cannot really relate to this.
But to be honest, there’s lots of girls sexual heath stuff I don’t have first-person experience either 😁

Hello @MrSkeptikal first of all congratulations on opening this thread, I believe that it will motivate you to stay consistent as it did for me plus the motivation from other members is great. :)

I wanted to give you some advice so that you don’t feel insecure talking about it. I think the best thing you can do is be honest about it. I talked to two friends of mine about P.E in general and they were surprised because they didn’t believe it was possible. I showed them Thunder’s and one of them is now doing P.E. So I think that you shouldn’t be insecure about it and from my experience my friends had really positive reactions when talking to them about P.E.

Consistency in posting has been challenging, but I think I am making slow and steady progress. One major challenge has been holding off from getting too turned on. Thank you for feed back :) .

Overcoming struggles and failures

Discipline, discipline, discipline. I have been fucking floundering.

I feel like there are so many occasions in my life of girls talking about wanting and preferring big dicks that have worn away at my sexual self-esteem. They cling my memory like small scars as if they were targeted attacks at me, it makes me feel small as a person. I still don’t know if PE works at all, having doubt. I have seen absolutely no success in girth, and the length gains could be attributed to changes in angle of measurement and bone pressed length measuring changes since I started.

Going to keep trying to write what I do so hopefully I can get more feed back and find motivation. Leaning into PE and placing hope in it; hopefully the upcoming year will be more fruitful.

Gains in PE are slow. They cannot out run what you deserve today.

Believe in what you are now and show those women what believing in one’s self is all about.

My PE work has been going really well. I have had an insane amount of work to do, but have been procrastinating with Jelqs and Ulis.

For the first time in a while my dick feels tired, engorged and extremely warm. I feel like I hit a very good level, and think if I could consistently do this 2-3 times a week I would start seeing progress.

Recent girth measurements of 4.20” is a lot of progress from 4.03” start. It has me stoked and I am setting a goal of 4.5” MEG next year, which is very optimistic.

Additionally I want to have consistency in PE (and reporting PE here), at the gym, and with sleeping habits.

One of my resolutions for 2020 is to have complete accountability and tracking for workouts. Trying to start that now with PE.

In the bathtub I did (50 jelqs, 3 mins of stretching, 3 mins kegels)x3. This is a super rough idea but at least I am trying to track it. The stretch and jelqs were by feel, with an Uli like base grip on some jelqs to increase the amount of blood being retained.

Upper end of my shaft still feels achey. Not sure if this a progress soreness or if I overdid it.

15 mins of jelqs tonight didn’t cause any further discomfort.
