It works for most people but some haven’t seen any gains at all, even with long wearing hours.

I couldn’t afford to buy one so I made my own for less than €50: dongalong - DONGALONG-er than before!
It’s missing the built in vacuum pump and tension indicators but I’m able to wear it for 12 hours no problem, comfort and long wearing times are why the Phallosan Forte has the reputation as one of the best ADS devices.

I have a homemade version. I’ll let you know in a few months how it works.

I used it for 300 hours so far, it gives you a good stretch and has a decent grip, there’s a learning curve until you manage to attach and not losing suction and everything else. After you get the way of it you can put and remove without effort and really fast.

About the gains, I can’t tell you for sure if it would work alone course I used it together with my bathmate and a manual workout regimen. During this 3 month period I gained 1.5cm EL which I think is very decent gains for that period.

Right now I’m using the phallosan as a vacuum hanger, I’m hanging with it at 3.3lbs and it works perfect.

Not sure till what weight it’ll do the job thought.

Yes I think so too, but I think I’ve reached a plateau now and that’s why I’m using it as a hanger.

I’ll try to hang for as much as possible until January that is when I’m going on vacation and I’m gonna take a 20 days break.

Just over 1000 hours in the first 5 months yielded me just over 1.5” of gain using Phallosan. Ditch their condoms and use a silicone sleeve. Also use a safety pin to fasten the belt at the place you want it for the right amount of tension so there’s no guessing each time you wear it how tight to fasten the belt. Adjust the safety pin a little when you need to. It is impressively comfortable and about as discreet as you can get. Be sure to use heat along with it.

How do you keep heat by the way?

You’re probably one of the fastest gainers I’ve heard about…EVER! Congratulations on such quick massive gains.

Now, please could you go into detail on how you achieved it so that we can do the same:

How often per week did you wear it?

For how long each day did you wear it usually?

How did you manage the tension increase?

When and how did you apply heat?

Did you use the Phallosan alone or combined with other PE techniques?

Is this the only PE you’ve tried?

A what rate did your gains happen, constant regular increases or irregular?

Are there any other details that made the difference compared to other Phallosan users?

I use TherMedic wraps, PW130 Wrist wrap and PW140L Shoulder wrap. They use Far Infrared technology. The products have a cloth wrap with a heating pad inside. I remove and use just the heating pad. Just wrap it around and secure with a Velcro strap. PW130 has a heating pad that is 2.875 by 10 inches and PW140 has a heating pad that is 5.25 by 8.5 inches. They have an auto off at about 30 minutes. They use household current adjusted down to 12V 16W with a transformer. 3 heat settings: Low Heat 42ºC 107ºF/ Medium Heat 45ºC 113ºF / High Heat 50ºC 122ºF. I picked them up on Amazon for $46 and $70. The vendors web site has more specs, MyThermedic.com. One of my best investments second only to my Phallosan.

Usually 5 days a week. Sometimes more sometimes less. But usually 5 days.

For how long each day did you wear it usually?
5 hours, 6 hours, 7 hours, sometimes 8 or more if I could. I think my log tracked just under 8 hours average.

How did you manage the tension increase?
I kept it in the red after about the first 2 weeks. I just adjusted the belt slightly about once a month to be sure I was at maximum red tension.

When and how did you apply heat?
I applied heat during the whole session except the last 30 minutes or so. I let it cool off naturally during that time.

Did you use the Phallosan alone or combined with other PE techniques? Is this the only PE you’ve tried?
I tried other stuff. None of it was as easy to use as the Phallosan. So I quickly abandoned all the other stuff.

A what rate did your gains happen, constant regular increases or irregular?
fairly regular. 1/2” the first month. 1 1/4 after the second month. 1 5/8 after the end of the third month. After that I didn’t seem to gain, I figured those 2 months were cementing the gains. So after the fifth month I pretty much stopped. I have kept all of the 1.5/8”. I’ve tried a few other things recently but haven’t had the time to invest in a substantial routine.

Are there any other details that made the difference compared to other Phallosan users?
Not sure. I believe heat makes a difference. I believe longer hours makes a difference. I was thinking other Phallosan users saw similar gains with the same investment of time. I didn’t consider myself to be exceptional.

If you clicked the link to the PE Gym Phallosan gains table in my first post of this thread, you’ll see that your gains were way more impressive than nearly everyone mentioned.

Red tension (3 Kg) and almost constant heat seems to be advantageous compared to the standard Phallosan instructions.

The only downside is you reached the device’s growth potential very quickly - although an extra inch and a half isn’t much of a downside! Maybe after a deconditioning break you can get some more gains with it.

I’ve been stretching for 10-13 hours per day with my homemade Phallosan, I have been adding heat but usually only for the last 3-4 hours, I’ve noticed that I have to tighten my belt more at the end of the day, the extra flexibility from a heated shaft is very noticeable. I don’t know what tension I’m at but I sometimes hang with a weight suspended under my desk and it feels the same as when I’m hanging 1-1.5Kg. I might add a bit more tension after reading your post.
The cooling down period sounds like it might help too, I read about it years ago but I haven’t seen many success stories from doing it.
